We booked our trip with Airtours for the 6th Oct/02.It was a total disaster because it was raining, the sea was rough and we were the only boat to leave harbour. We were taken to the north of the island, stopped to see the shipwreck, and then were told that because of the weather, we would be returning to port.Six and a half hours of sheer misery, most of the time huddled on the lower deck trying to keep dry.
We are staying at the Jupiter in August/05 and would like to know whether there are tea/coffee making facilities in rooms for bed/breakfast basis.
Just back from 1week at Spiros studios.Location great 2mins from the beach and close to restaurants. The studio was clean with a great view of the beach. However the downside was the poor facilities, namely the utensils and the crockery. We bought our own cups, glasses and cutlery. Also the towels were changed only once, and were like boards, and the bed sheets were'nt changed once.It did'nt spoil our holiday, but it would'nt cost a lot to improve the facilities.
Just returned after spending 2weeks. Location and accommodation were good, with rooms cleaned every day. However, there were some changes from last year, particularly in the pool bar.We only had one drink there on the day of arrival-too pricey. We spent most of the time in the Dilemma Bar next door, better prices and good atmosphere. Will definately return again.
