Just returned after spending 2weeks. Location and accommodation were good,with rooms cleaned every day.However, there were some changes from last year, particularly in the pool bar.We only had one drink there on the day of arrival-too pricey. We spent most of the time in the Dilemma Bar next door,better prices and good atmosphere.Will definately return again.

Had a week here in June , fantastic location , lovely clean apartments, great staff & good food !!.................... PERFECT

hi :) im new to this forum,
we are planning on booking our wedding in zante flying out on oct 2011, staying at the alykanas beasch aparthotel but getting married in zante town hall can anybody give me ideas on, transport costs from the hotel to the town hall, and any other reccomendations to make our visit a memorable one

we have never been to zante, infact my partner and our children (15 and 7 ) have never been abroad so we want this to be very very special

Hi i think some of the tour operators you can book through are direct holidays, first choice, and manos , these are the only ones i know of  .

Anybody any idea which tour operator you can book with for here in 2010????

It is a lot more expensive . quoted double to go in may compared to what i paid last year

for those of you not in the facebook group, you can now book through Manos (Thomas Cook Group) however it is a bit more expensive than before (probably the reason XL went bust). If you pop in to a Thomas Cook Agency and pick up the brochure "Greece for less" or go to http://www.thomascook.com/brands/manos?intcmp=manosredirect you can book for 09.
Hope you can all still enjoy this place, dispite the current financial climate.

Has anyone else heard anything, because as yet Thomsons have not got it on there books.  Desperate to book for next year!!

I have had a reply saying that they are not taking direct bookings as they have been taken over by Thomson TUI Group

Hi, i've also tried emailling them, no response yet...if worse comes to worse...i'm going out there in March, i will try and find out some news then, but hopefully we will know the score before then.
