Brilliant. Guides give you local knowledge about places and you have a much better day than sitting in a coach. Don't worry of your holiday rep says it booked up for two weeks already - try a local travel agent as we did and we got on a trip. (For those at Zakfari it was Mowf day!! around the 11th Aug)
I'll just add to the rest of the good comments by saying that the resort is lively enough but certainly not too loud if you are worried about noise. All the bars, restaurants, shops etc are friendly. Definately get out and about though and see as many different places as you can. We used a really good travel agent, can't remember the name, but the guy is English and is next to the jewellery store and scotter hire shop at the western end of the resort.
All in all a good hotel in a very good location in the resort of Tsilivi. But do bear in mind, its not going to be five star luxury. The rooms are basic, as is breakfast, but its all you need really. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One word of caution though, they use glass glasses by the pool and if people don't clear up properly you'll get a cut foot! - like we did. Don't rely on your tour rep (esp if its JMC) to tell you all about the facilities on offer either - ask the hotel directly.
