My 13 year old son and I took a speedboat trip from Tsilivi which leaves prompt at 08.30 in the morning. It leaves the small harbour and goes round to the shipwreck cove where we had a short stop which was enough. As it was quite early the sun hadn't reached the beach, but there wasn't a soul around, very pleasant. The speedboat captain then took us back the same route to the Blue Cave which we were able to enter. After a stop for brunch we went back to Tsilivi, reaching the harbour at 1 p.m. This is ideal for families with children who get bored on a full day's trip. I feel privileged to have been part of the Zakfari experience this summer. If you only go on one trip, make it this one. I took my 13 year old son as part of his birthday present (we booked from England, via Frances at Tsilivi Travel) and he reckons this was his best present.
