Stayed at the Alykanas beach appartments on 3:9:2003,the appartments could not have a better location being right on the beach and the pools,facilities etc where 1st class. However our appartment was directly over the bar which ment we recieved very little sleep at night and where woke up early every morning by cleaning staff daragging furniture everywhere (to much effort involved in picking something up).The resort is only small as is neighbouring Alykes (5 mins away)but as long as you are not a shopperholic or crave mega discos then all you could need is on hand.Tried serveral of the local resteraunts but by far the best was The Great Dane( very friendly welcoming people and exelent food but beware the mega portions.
