Had a wicked time last year at the Mambo Bar... one in the main town. Takis & Lisa were excellent hosts. Cocktails were fantastic.

Just hope they are open when i return next week for 2 weeks!

Arrived 2nd October and left 16th October and during this time only had one full day of rain with thunderstorms. Stayed in Tsilivi and only a couple of restaurants closed while we were there. Bars were open as late as you wanted and the service was outstanding (Ark Bar) The views to Kefalonia were superb as there wasn't the usual heat haze. Sea was warm enough to swim in, though did take a bit of getting used to at first. Evenings got a little chilly but nothing that a few good shots of Ursus couldn't cure!
Just keep thinking to yourself that you wouldn't get this weather at home in October and hey you're on holiday so make the most of being away from work!!!
I would definitely go back in October again.
