Just got back to Scotland yesterday and we are all fed up as it hasn't stopped raining - missing our nightly sessions in the Ark and missing Nico George Tony Bounce and Sarah - you were all so lovely to us. Good luck for the future to Bounce and Leanne, you guys are a great couple. Enjoyed chatting to Leanne and Gemma on their last night (Heather & Craig enjoyed the ice cream cake!)

We couldn't believe George still remembered Heather (his bestest pal) from 2002 - what a welcome. Tony - we will be back but maybe not as soon as September! George - Heather will be in touch sometime.

P.S. What a moaner you are 'anonymous' of 6 August. The Ark is not just for the enjoyment of 'the English' - try not to be so patronising about greek people who are all entitled to drink there too (for more than 2 weeks a year).

What a great adventure we had last week - much more personal than larger excursions. My daughter & son got to drive the speedboat and so did I (the men missed out!) - great fun was had by everyone on our trip. Thanks Captain Spyros (and the lovely Tassos) for all of the great information and for showing us the beauty of the caves. Worth the extra money but we couldn't afford the south island trip too - we will save that one for our next visit to Tsilivi!

Just back from the Planos Bay (second visit in 3 years). Thanks to all the staff for working so hard to keep this a first class holiday venue. Yiannis & the bar staff, all the great cleaners (nowhere could be cleaner) and Sam and all the kids reps (especially Ollie & Amy of Wavelength). Our special thanks to Christos (the manager) who is very helpful and welcoming (as are the reception staff). Keep up the good work - we will see you again 'sometime' in the future.

Regarding previous comments - to be fair there are not many luxurious toilets in any of the bars/restaurants, but we still love going back to Tsilivi. The Ark is our favourite bar. I discovered (after nipping into the boys toilet with my young son) that at least there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and the bin was empty! A good idea if there are a few girls waiting. Beth, you sound quite young (am I right?)- I hope you cheer up again soon.

We had a great holiday in July, our third family visit to Planos Bay. I wonder if anyone can explain something about the use of the excellent Kids clubs operated by First Choice? Although the Tsilivi Admirals is the sister hotel to Planos Bay this is used by Thomas Cook customers. Why are those customers told they can also use the Planos Bay kids clubs? Surely the price we pay to First Choice is at a level to expect good kids entertainment but I would be pretty unhappy to think that I was also subsidising TC customers (who probably paid less for their holiday at the Admiral). Can anybody explain what the position is as I have already re-booked Summer 2006 at our fav. hotel - Planos Bay.

Hello Nick and/or Linda Wilson - I guess your sarcastic suggestion to 'get a life' was a response to my last posting here. My comment related only to the use of the kids clubs and was answered elsewhere. I have absolutely no problem with you frequenting Planos Bay during your holiday and am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the place as much as we did - its the best. I can put your mind at rest- I already have a life but thanks for your concern.

George, Nico and Athina - thanks for another great welcome this year and for the big send off on our last night - but especially for all the great nights in-between!! Ta for all the slammers and extra strong vodka/orange (yum) Luv you guys!  Bounce your music was as good as ever (Hips don't Lie & Paris to Berlin are our holiday tunes this year!) Big Hi to Crouchy (i.e.Tomas) and Theodora and to Sakis (great crepes).

We had more lovely meals here this year - James & Val are just the best hosts and the girls in the kitchen present their dishes so beautifully. Everything is fresh - Beef Kokinisto is delicious and the salmon steak superb. The kids meals are also delicious. This restaurant really does deserve a higher rating - thanks guys - see you next year!

First visit this year after recommendations - we were not dissappointed. Lovely food and nice atmosphere - try the Lamb Pougi ! We will be back for more.

Every year we enjoy a chilled out meal here - a lovely place to eat and the food is delicious. I can't stop thinking of the Pork fillet Lemonato and every one in the family love the chipped potatos - see you next year!

Back again this year and thoroughly enjoyed our meals here - this place is a must for anyone visiting Tsilivi - mouth watering food and lovely staff - just great!

AKROTIRI HORSE RIDING

We had a lovely evening trek in July - great scenery. Hubbie and 2 kids had hardly ridden before and were given horses to suit there lack of ability. We were really glad to have booked a trek with Marie and will be back next year for another shot! The horses are all well looked after by Marie and her troup of helpers. Thanks for the pick-up and drop off. I recommend this adventure to anyone!

Such a shame you picked the wrong place to enjoy horse riding on holiday Sam. Next time you visit I would really recommend you contact Marie at Akrotiri stables - you'll be guaranteed a good trip out.
