Now called the Apollo and re roofed with tiles - less mosquitos!
This was the best restaraunt in Tsilivi according to ourselves and our children. Costos looked after everyone personally and loves kids. The food was consistently good - try the Village Chicken! Logarisomo was about the same as everywhere else (48 euro's for 2 and 3 children) but they were so welcoming!
Also handy for Basil's Bar if your children finish before you do! They can watch the early evening Disney film whilst mum and dad finish with a 7 star brandy.
Still shut down - but the toilets are handy
From my 8 year old daughter - "the food was delicious (chicken kebab) and the strawberries were great but they weren't very children friendly". I think she got spoilt at Piero's where they were all over her and her sisters.
Food for adults was great quality, if somewhat small portions. Only real criticism was the prices were a bit over the average - but it was worth it!
What a brilliant family bar - somewhere you can take the children in the evening, without pressure to buy a meal but with free pool to be played, good quality Disney films on a giant TV and with the added incentive that it's right next to one of the best restaraunts in Tsilivi - The Apollo! and on the other side of the bar the ladies can get their nails done and bits waxed.
Well done to Basil and "the Dragon" - the best hosts in Tsilivi. We'll bring the three girls back next year.
I don't see how the comments shown come to a 2/10?
We stayed at the Razis last year and would have stayed there this year if it wasn't for Manos! The apartments are fine and clean. The surroundings are great and Yanis does a great job with Cissy in the pool and snack bar/cafe. The pool is clean and safe and the childrens bit has now been made safer. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach .... but The Apollo restaraunt is just down the hill (as is Basils Bar) and they are all the best family establishments in Tsilivi. My advice would be to book direct via www.razisnet.com and avoid Manos!
We went riding with Marie twice. The girls were aged 5, 9 and 11 do we were very apprehensive! Marie and the horses were brilliant - put us at our ease and showed us the beautiful olive groves. Even got my wife on a horse.
My 9 year old is now totally mad about horses and that little excursion is costing me a lesson a week ........ thanks Marie - see you in 2005 when she expects to be cantering!!!!
