Just seen the photos of the 1 bedroom apts on this website and am panicking! Are they as grim as the pictures portray?

The brochure says that the Kids club is available subject to availability. I shall be REALLY upset if it is fully booked - does anyone know if this is likely or any way of booking before hand - we go the last week of August.
