WE stayed at the valais, we had no welcome pack but we did not really need it as the satff there were very helpful. We arrived 8pm at night and was told our meeting was 6pm the next evening. We found everything we needed to before then, still went to the meeting the rep was late he apologised as he had now got 11 properties to look after, tried to sell us trips, told history of the Island. Spoke to other people who had terrible trouble to get in touch with the rep. No real problems for us, but there was for others.

Another fab holiday at the Valias. Staff so friendly and helpful. This is our second year and well the Valais staff exceeded themselves.  Shame we had to leave but we will be back next year. Food was excllent Service second to none. Went to this restaurant 3 times always good.

don't normally do chinese or indian  in |Greece, but thought would try. Very good service fab. Its nice to have a change

Good atmospeher in the Greedy Greek but thats all I can say. We ordered special only had one portion left no a problem until it arrives all dry. Charged wrong prices. Lives up to the name Greedy Greek. (sorry)
