I've read the reviews of Captain Spiros' trip and would like to know if we can book in advance. If not how do we contact him when we arrive. We are staying in Tsilivi.

The service was received from Euro Alpha was Excellent. Aggelos and Maria were very efficent, friendly and spoke excellent English. We contacted them by e-mail prior to our arrival and all questions were quickly and efficently answered. The jeep was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. We would  recommend Euro Alpha to anyone.

We, as a family have no hesitation in recommending Popeye's. The food was excellent with a wide choice to suit everyone from Traditional Greek through Pasta and Pizza's to Burgers and a special childrens menu. Children are made especially welcome and should they not fancy anything on the childrens menu Popeye's will serve smaller portions from the main menu if asked. As the only vegetarian in the family I am used to making do with a limited choice, but I cannot fault the Vegetarian menu offered at Popeye's. I can highly recommend the vegetarian Mousaka and Mushroom Stroganoff. There was also a different vegetarian special on offer each night. My husband thoroughly enjoyed every meal - especially the Stamna and the Pasta Pesto was a big hit with our 5 year old daughter. The meals arrived promptly even though the resaurant was always busy. 

  

This is the best boat trip we have ever been on. Captain Spyros was a mine of information sstories and jokes. Our 5 year old daughter especially was facinated by the story about the Mermaids footprints! We arrived at the shipwreck beach well before the masses and had plenty of time to explore before returning to the boat. The boat itself is very comfortable and is kept spotlessly clean. Children are all offered a chance to steer the boat if they want. Ignore what the Reps say about "their" boat trips and book this one. Just look out for Ian on the Beach - you can't miss him, or go to Tsilivi harbour at about 1.30 pm and look out for the Levante boat.

Excellent location, clean but basic apartment, quiet at night. The pool was well maintained. The only problem we had was that we only had air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms! However we found that hiring 2 fans was a lot cheaper and we didn't really need the air conditioning anyway - and at a cost of 11 Euros a day it would have been very expensive anyway.

We ate here once and wished we hadn't the food the main courses were inedible. The service was appalling. Our starters were almost forcibly removed from us while we were still trying to eat them. The main couses then arrived and were left standing on the bar until we were ready for them. We would not recommend this restaurant at all. 

A mixed bag here. The rep in our resort gave us incorrect information. She didn't book us onto the Greek night as requested and very rarely showed up at the apartments. The vegetarian meals we booked for the flights did not materialise. The only saving grace was that with a 4 hour delay on our return flight we were very well looked after. We were taken to the airport where we checked in our suitcases and then we were taken to a restaurant for a meal and a drink. We were kept informed about the delay and after about 3 1/2 hours the same coaches returned to take us back to the airport, where we went straight through to passport control.  If it hadn't been for the efficeint way that Manos dealt with the delay we would have slated them as it is, I guess we just had a bad rep in Tsilivi.
