We are going to Koukounaria in July, have seen good and not so good reviews. We will be taking a 4year old. No mention of kiddies playground does anyone know if there is one? Also could we get away with taking our own kettle ?
This is without a doubt the best place in Alykes the best place to eat. The food was wonderful the sarvice brilliant and the price on a par with everywhere else. The only downside is the seate take a towel or something to sit on the seats are made of straw
We ate here twice the first time we waited an hour for our food but it was worth it, the second time we waited 15 minutes again it was worth waiting for. It would`nt hurt the staff to smile once in a while. They have a bouncy castle for the children which they love.
We have always travelled with Airtours before but will not again.Their service seems to go downhill a little more each year. To little or incomplete information about accomodation and very few sightings in resort their trips are over priced and can be booked cheaper on the local economy. On our return to the airport we got off the bus and "the rep" said "Manchester to my left and Luton to my right right follow me" and was gone without waiting for everyone to get their bags off the coach. We had to ask the Thomas Cook reps where to stand thay looked after us better in the time we were at the airport than airtours. THANK YOU THOMAS COOK!
We are considering going to Zakantha Beach. We have a 5 year old, does anyone know if they are a "kiddie" type hotel.
