Piccadilly

Have to say in all the years been coming to the island my last meal here will be my last. Appalling fatty gyros although Pedros Said sorry,he was even seen to try one bit himself and spat it out !!!!!!............but left it on skewer spit cooking for next unfortunate person. Disappointed

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2011. The family run appartments were basic but clean and the food in the restaurant downstairs was always fantastic!! Whatever time of day the family always had a smile and time for a joke. Make sure you try the daily specials-these are great tasting and fab value for money and dishes were placed on the board as requests!!!!! Hopefully, flights available, we'll be going back this year. 

I have been a customer now for over ten years and it gets better and better, Fantastic traditional fresh Greek food beautifully cooked , Please dont rush in for a pie and chips sit back enjoy some wine and the atmospere your on holiday whats the rush, you will be rewarded. Andy and Brenda.

The Piccadilly is really quite deceiving, if they invested in new dining furniture then we would have given 10/10.  We ate here twice and both times the food and service were excellent, not to mention that both times our bill which included drinks were less than 30€.

We will definately be going back here next year

Appalling.  Miserable service and mediocre food - Thousand Island dressing on the salad???  What's that all about??

What another lovely taverna.  Food was great - very nice menu with a good variety of dishes.  It is worthwhile knowing that they will also do childrens dishes off of the main adults menu so the kids don't have to stick to nuggets and chips, etc,.  Ours had swordfish kiddies size and loved it!  The staff were friendly and spoke good english. 

A truly excellent place to eat don't read the other negative rubbish on here (from years gone by) this is the best Greek style restaurant in Alikes with a twist of modern European Cuisine.

If you are only eating to fill time between between drinks and sunburn then this is not the place for you! The food is all freshly cooked and will in the Greek tradition take time to arrive - The service is excellent friendly and chilled  . Petros & Christina your hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and also have very good Apartments to let .

We would have no problem eating here every night of the week! And have done! Eat here with confidence!

Tried this restaurant once what a mistake I ordered stuffed tomato main course,  the meal consisted of one medium size tomato and fourteen chips.

Great food, service and value for money. What more can I say, try it you will like it

A good restaurant in the centre of town. Kleftico was excellent but make sure you dont set your hair on fire. Nice aquarium by the way.

 just a line to say a big thank you to petros, christina, family and staff for a wonderful 2 weeks of eating and taking in the excellent atmosphere at the piccadilly for our 19th year !!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Alykes.  We would like to thank Petros, Christina and the staff for their help in making our holiday such a memorable experience.  The quality and variety  of the food, standard of service and kindness of all the staff in the Piccadilly is outstanding!  Once again, many thanks.

Hello Petros Christina and rest of the Metaxa family , this year was our 7th time we have stayed in the picadilly and all seven times it has been perfect ,the food was tremendously nice the menu has a wide variety of greek cuisine and the rooms were very nice this year , kept clean every day absolutely nothing wrong once again im rating our whole experience their 10/10 we are returning next year and we cant wait ! see you all next year love to you all from Daniel, Louise Sue, Gary and Holly

Hello Petros and Christina and the Metaxa family. Having just returned from our 7th visit to Alykes and in particular Eros Piccadilly once again we havnt been disapointed. We have already booked up for next year! The hospitality you provide is exceptional and you make us feel extreamly welcome. We feel like part of the family. The accmodation is first class, the rooms were kept clean and tidy . There is no where better to eat in Alykes than Eros Piccadilly. The menu provides a wide range of local and international cuisines. 10/10 everytime. The service and food is of the highest quality and we cant wait to return. Love to you all Daniel and Matthew

 Hello to Petros, Christina & Family, many thanks for another great holiday. The apartments were spot on as usual and the food was excellent. After many years in Alykes trying different restaurants the Piccadilly is still the best for food, service and value for money, but most of all you are made very welcome. See you all again next year.

very nice had to wait long while for food but it was worth it service very good

Andy is packing as we speak! See you in less than a week. Would both love to see Maria again I shall write at Christmas and see when she might be there. Love to Athena and Lefteris (keep up the good work in the ktchen). Don't expect to see Christina as I imagine she will be in Athens with the children but Petros, get the Crystal Palace shirt out!!!!!!
