Dear Vicki Wales, I'm the Mum of the girlfriend of one of the barman at the Factory (Rob). I've asked my daughter if The Factory has an email address but she says it doesn't have one, but if you'd like to leave a message for the boys behind the bar I'll gladly pass it on to them because my husband and I are going out there in Sept to see my daughter who works in another bar in Argassi. Good location next to the narrow sandy beach. Nice relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK but the beds were a bit basic (a cheap matress with loose wooden slats underneath). Lot of traffic noise until the early hours so windows had to be kept shut at night. Good value though, but take some earplugs!

We ate here 3 or 4 times and the food was always excellent, particular the pizzas. The staff are very friendly and helpful - I would recommend it to anyone. The only disappointment we had was the Tiramasu which was surprisingly poor for an Italian restaurant.
