Where is Vrisaki please -is it on road to old Alykanas?

Anybody else stayed here please? Have booked late deal here for September but cant find out much about them. I believe they are on road to old Alykynas (turn off at Busters past Kali Pigi etc). Last stayed in Alykynas 2 years ago, looks like a fair amount of new buildings have sprung up.

I assume there's no reception there as so small, just wanted to know how easy it is to contact someone if there is a problem, get extra pillows/towels etc. And how often bins emptied, cleaned, towel change etc? They have air-con, was there extra charge? Looking forward to returning to Alykanas, have read theres a few new tavernas to try - cant wait!
