Vrisaki

We asked for Briam and Kleftico and got a plate of Briam and a bowl  of Briam again with a lamb shank on the top! Don't appreciate being treat like a stupid English man who wouldn't know the difference!

Lovely restaurant with quality food and friendly staff. Highly reccomend the mixed souvlaki it was fantastic, lovely house white wine aswell.

visited this restaurant again in September after having a beautiful meal there in July and pleased to say that it's still fantastic! Try the prawn saganaki starter, absolutley marvelous. I also tried the stuffed vine leaves and they too were delicious. Beef stifado main was cooked to perfection and the wife loved her lemon pork. This is now a firm favourite and will be visiting again next year without doubt.

Visited Vrisaki again this year and very pleased to say nothing has changed ! Once again my favourite restaurant in the resort, I always have the first and last meal of my holiday here and many more inbetween ! Their meatballs are to die for ! The service is great and the atmosphere buzzing, cant wait to get back there again !

This is one of the best Tavernas in the resort. The food and service is excellent!! Thank you guys!!

Thank you so much George and all the other staff for making my holiday one of the best I have had. Me and my family felt completely at ease in your company and after just one night dining at The Taverna Vrisaki we really didn't want to go anywhere else for every other Restaurant we had eaten at seemed average compared to our experience at the Vrisaki. We are coming back next year! Thanks again for a great experience;)

Vrisaki is an amazing restaurant with great food, service and warm atmosphere. Me and my girlfriend Julia had been spoiled by George and the rest of the crew - big thank you to you all.

This place is value for money and the best restaurant we've been in Alikanes! Highly recommended.

George, we hope we will see you one day in London - you are always more than welcome!

Exquisite staff & food
This was our first time to Zante and we'd really loved every second of our holiday! From the first evening we were "dragged" into this fab taverna by a "special call" and we thanked later to our intuition... everything was great there: warm people, excellent meals and a wide range of dishes for everyone! The grilled fish is awesome (Sea Bass and Swordfish), as well as other traditional meals... tzatziki, Greek salad, pita, Greek mousaka, Veggie spaghetti a.s.o. Everything tastes wonderful! And the local "100% natural and 95% organic" wines... wow! fabulous! Smooth, rich & subtle blends of Ionian Island "environment" and "haute-coutoure" flavours! One should go and try every single dish at Vrisaki, "the home of good food and happy times"!

Thank you all for unforgettable times: George, Angelo, Dimitri, Dennis and at last, but not at least, the wonderful women staff in the kitchen!

We loved you all and hopefully we're going to see you again next year!

Take good care of you and be sure we've already "spread" the news about Vrisaki among every Romanian tourist going to Zakynthos! The T-shirts helped us as well! Nice ad!

Yet again we had fantastic meals at the Vrisaki.  The souvlaki is superb - also the grilled octopus.  Great to see George and Jenny again - also John and Sue and family.  One of the best in our opinion...........

Vrisaki is my faviroute resturant in alykanas! i went there on  my last night in july it was absouloutly fabulous my spagetii bolagnaze was great next year this will be the first place ill ever go 2!

 FANTASTIC RESTAURANT,WONDERFUL FOOD ,GREAT SERVICE.THIS TAVERNA IS JUST FAB,A MUST FOR ANYONE WHO IS VISITING ALIKANAS.THANK YOU VRISAKI FOR  MANY ENJOYABLE EVENINGS.

 Excellent food, atmosphere was great, nice choice of menu, staff were smiley and fun, you wouldn't fine better hosts than George and Jennifer on Zante

Vrisakis Restaurant is a family run restaurant in an ambient setting opposite Danny's hotel serving a mix of Traditional Greek cuisine. Also serves grilled food, an excellent range of fish and if you can manage it, the desserts are to die for!  I would definitely recommend Prawns in Garlic, Pork in Garlic sauce and so much more!

 

I ate here 4 times. The food was excellent along with the service. August was a busy time for Vrisakis, but alway calm and professional, meals were delivered swiftly by very nice waiters!

 

Don't work too hard guys. I hope you all enjoy your 6 months off after October! Thanks for making our holiday a memorable one!
