found this bar early on into our holiday and went nearly every night after, music great and antopolis the barman very friendly and looked after us with shots and free drinks, not the busiest but greet place to go none the less... scott (2/10/05)
if you ever go to tsilivi, you gotta stay here, right on the beach, rooms cleaned everyday, location ideal , just far enough away from main bars and tavernas to have some peace and quiet after a heavy night on the metaxa... we had a coupla cloudy days and the indoor pool, sauna , jacuzzi and gym (all included in your holiday) came well in handy ...staff friendly and nothing too much trouble
best restaurant in tsilivi and then some, between 8pm and 9pm queues were forming sometimes, great food, friendly hard working staff and great atmosphere, had 3 meals there and enjoyed them all pork souvlaki a must...
dont go, plain and simple go to manos grill or benikos
cant go wrong here, free carafe of wine always goes down well. the menu extensive and the food spot on, not the best location, but you could count the empty seats in the chineese opposite watching the staff playing cards waiting for custom..
cant miss the place, great big popeye statue in front of the place, looked a bit cheap and tacky , it was lunch time and quite busy, we went in for a drink looked at menu (as you do, your on holiday for gods sake!) me girlfriend sam has a gift of always ordering the better meal out of the two of us, not this time i had stuffed aubergine and was pleasantly surprised as it tasted better than the veggie place round the corner, staff friendly and one waiter a right character 'so far so good ' he asks all the time (u hav to be there)... try it
such a shame we never eat there, (next to our hotel zante maris) (you cant go in 1st restaurant you come to) the guy on the door so friendly and welcoming (genuinely ) even asking if we had good day on way out and have you had good night on way back.... prices looked v. good
