Zante Maris Hotel

Hi I. Looking to come next yr with my 2 kids age 7 and 11 is it child friendly?and is there things locally to keep them busy as I'm loving the comments on here about the hotel xx

Zante maris is a excellent hotel, the staff are a credit to the hotel,so friendly.Love the volleyball in the pool.The food most days was good but the breakfast like most hotels we have stayed in was not to my liking.Thankyou to Lida and Bella in the restaurant and Ditran in the pool for volleyballP.S The rooms have tea making facilities and hair driers

Hi. We have just spent a fab 2 weeks at the Zante Maris Hotel. It was our first visit to the island and I must say it wont be our last. We could not fault any part of the 2weeks. Hotel staff excelent it was nice not to have to include towels in your luggage. Food great so much variety. Pool was cleaned every day and lovely new sun beds. Hotel room kept spotless. Congratulations Zante Maris!!!!

We are staying here again this year and it will be the fourth time in a row. We would not stay anywhere else. We found all the staff very helpful and and polite. We always request the same room and they obliged everytime. We go on a Bed and breakfast basis and found the food good. Looking forwad to seeing Zoe Vasso Rania and Bella again.

well went 2 the zante maris in july and i enjoyed myself apart from i had just had chickenpox the previouse week so was... a lil spotty!

 

Me and my partner arrived back from the Zante Maris Hotel on 7th October and it was the best holiday ever.  We met some really nice people and cant wait to go back next year. 

 i am so sad to be back form the zante maris hotel in zante!!! got bk sunday 14th oct after spending 7days with my partner there. what a fantastic time we had!!!!! weather was dodgy on a few occasions but only expected this time of year!! still got a tan tho!!! hotel was so clean always staff cleaning!! A**** cleaners done a fab job every day couldnt fault them!!! as for the food breakfast was supreb!!! evening meals were ok always somthing to nibble on!!! lol. perhaps vary it slightly more!!! desserts fantastic!!! the location of this hotel was excellent on the beach and only 2mins to the shops if you wanted a nosey!!!! also some very good bars around!!! overall would reccomend this hotel and location fantasic. ideal for everyone!!!! thumbs up

My Partner Simon and I returned from Zante on sunday and we miss it soooooo much.

The Zante Maris Hotel was superb....couple of down points....the breakfast was not all that wide choice but the cooked side not that great bacon mainly fat and sausages undercooked.....but ho hum

Entertainment was outdated not everyone loves Elvis lol and did not really wanna listen to it in my hotel room till 23:30 was not overly impressed that to use the aircon outside of peak season it was 5 euros per day i thought that was not on.

Bright side now.

Location fantastic we had a pool/sea view and well worth booking that with the lovely sea breeze and nice view from the balcony.  Staff very friendly and always smiling. Doreena our chamber maid excellent always left our room spotless even folded up my Pj's for me bless her thanks Doreena.

pool excellent however the brits are worse at the whole towel on the sunbed thing! even tho it says not to there are people out ther at 7am!!! and then once they have secured their sunbed u dont see them four hours! however we never went down to the pool area till bout 10 ish each day and we always had a sunbed.

Area very safe able to leave your belongings out and not worry.

Overall good hotel and would stay again

We have just returned fro the Zante Maris and can honestly say it has got better, we were here in Aug 05

I have to say i was very disapointed with Zante Maris,i would not call it 4 star maybe 2 or 3,on the plus side it was very clean the room was ok but not great had just as good rooms in very cheap apartments although the view from our room was stunning but we did pay extra for sea view.Although the hotel knew we were getting married the hotel did nothing extra no flowers in room or anything which i read they have done for others.But the worst thing was the food we stayed B&B and tried breakfast at varios times between 8 and 10 but always the same cold bacon or sausage lukewarm coffee and tea very bland after 4 or 5 times we gave up and had breakfast out.I thought it was just us but 6 of our friends and family came over for second week and they felt the same but didnot tell us untill we got back. But i will finish on a very positive note Bella and Alma in the bar were wonderful very friendly always had time for us always smiling so mixed report maybe we expected to much but will not be staying again.

We can't wait as we have heard such good reports about the Hotel Maris Zante.  My mum and her partner will coming to stay with you in October and this is their 2nd time. Hi, Just got back from spending a week in Tsilivi we stayed in Zante maris Hotel. It was very welcoming, clean, well presented and the breakfast was excellent, the location was excellent. We will be coming back there next year so see u all then.

Have Just come back from the Zante Maris and had a great time!!! Zante Swing were FAB!!!!!!! And were great fun make sure you catch them!!!! Staff were lovely especially Eva, Dritan, Dave, Antoli and Adriatik were all great, beach was lovely. Pool was clean and margarita our maid kept our room spotless!!!!!! Had a Great time will be back next season!!!

Hi, We went to this hotel in May this year to celebrate our wedding annirversery. On our arrival there was A small bunch a flowers in our room along with a bottle of wine and a card congratulating us and welcoming us to the hotel. We booked a seaview and in our opinion got the best room in the hotel as it overlooked the beach which was perfect. In the room there was also complimentry bathrobes and slippers. The bedroom was tastefully furnished and had great air conditioning which we paid extra for as the temperature was in the late 80's to 90's much hotter than normal.

We have just got back from the best holiday we have ever had staying at the best hotel we have ever stayed at the zante maris hotel and we are going back in 2007 same place and hotel. Hope all the staff are still there they are the most friendly And helpful people we have ever met. Eva you are the best receptionist (very professionable) hope to see you next year( from the one with the blue moon sun glasses). Ilias and his lovely wife yolanda you were fantastic keep up the good work see you next year. to you all
