 Although it was a shame that Yiannis (3) and Babbis have moved on.

It was fantastic to see the gorgeous George still there

Food as ever first class, and service as ever makes you feel special.

George, I missed a huggy when we left, so have booked to return 22-Sep-2006 to 06-Oct-2006 so I need a big hug when we arrive and even bigger when I leave again. (don't be shy as Nigel says that will be OK) Look forward to seeing the new car - can I take it for a spin, you have seen how careful I am on the roads

we came to this restaurant to track down yiannis, a waiter we have known for three years who used to work at the parthanon in kalamaki,and was extra pleased to see him and meet peter who is just so funny we love him! the food we had at the family restaurant was superb,and service second to none! but having the gorgeous yiannis serving you is the best part  hes fantastic with kids and our little girl leah just adores him,as we all do.will be back to see yiannis and peter in september cant wait.xxx

this is the best restaurant in tsilivi made all the better by our best bud yiannis weve known him for 5 years he is the best!! he will entertain you all night along with his sidekick peter,they will make sure you have the best food and service. we miss you yianni  see you again in may 2007 and august 2007.xxx

 

been visiting the parthenon for 5years now and is still the best restaurant in kalamaki,great food great service,plus george is very cute!!!!!!!

we will be back in may 2007 plus august 2007 would be fantastic to see yiannis and babis back!!!!!

arrived on the 22nd sept, absolutely fantastic hotel,beautifuly clean and friendly, spacious rooms. very quiet,good snack bar.highly recommended were back in august 2007!!

seventeen weeks to go until we can eat in the best restaurant in kalamaki cant wait,looking forward to seeing you again george,ive been dieting like crazy so i can enjoy youre gorgeous food,.  anyone would be crazy to eat anywhere else,service is second to none and food the best!! see you soon.xxx

four weeks and two days to go cant believe it on the 24 of may at 7.30pm we will be sat in the parthenon enjoying the best meal weve had all year!!!    cant wait to see you again george and the gang,see you very soon  xxxx

matt-     im sooooo jealous you will be there before us! oh well suppose i can cheer myself up by thinking you will be going home before us ,  the parthenon is by far the best restaurant on the island we totally love it and the staff ,especially GEORGE & YIANNI,  have a fab time ,say hi to george for me.

its also our fifth year of going we try to go twice a year if money allows of course,we speak to george on msn do you have msn? we stayed at the roseland last sept and may i really like it up there, like you say very quiet,but were staying at the venus this year booked for may and sept again. my seven year old fell in love with yiannis (georges cousin) so we have  to go kalamaki and no where else so she can see him i speak regulary with him,just found out he will be working back at the parthenon this year YIPPEE im so pleased,do you remember him?

DOESNT MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER IS LIKE,GO TO THE PARTHENON AND AND I PROMISE YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER!!

friendly staff,nice surround though wine is so over priced for example amoudi is €4 in shops around €7-8 in most restaurants & €12,50 here!   my meal was awful chose lamb kleftico as i had had it in other restaurants before,but here it had no taste and was bulked out with tinned vegYUK !!!!!! waiter didnt seem to care much either!!!

simply the best!!!!!   love this place to bits bar staff leigh and paula are lovely great fun,made my seven year old very welcome too,we spent every night here watching the entertainment and kareoke,and the gorgeous george!! yum!! miss you georige see you in 13weeksxxxxxxx

just returned home from two weeks,was our fifth year of visiting and were so sad.although were so happy to see yianni back where he belongs xx . we ate at the parthenon every night apart from two,its still the best restaurant in kalamaki with the best food,service and the best hunky waiters!! nothing is ever too much trouble,my seven year old loves it here as she adores george and yianni,miss you all soooo much see you in 13 weeks cant wait, special big hugs to georgie xxxxxx

JUST CAME BACK FROM TWO WEEKS STAYING AT THE VENUS,BEAUTIFUL HOTEL CLEAN AND FRIENDLY,WILL BE BACK IN 13WEEKS AND CANT WAIT.

YO TO ALL AT STANIS ESPECIALLY PEDROS AND JIMMI,WE LOVE IT HERE GREAT FOOD FAB GREEK NIGHT AND SUCH FRIENDLY STAFF,ALWAYS HAVE GREAT LUNCH HERE. WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER GREEK NIGHT IN 13 WEEKS CANT WAIT!!

THIS RESTAURANT REALLY IS SUPERB WE HAVE HAD MANY MEALS HERE ALL GORGEOUS,WE EVEN TRAVEL TO TSIVILI FROM KALAMAKI TO EAT HERE,THE LAMB KLEFTICO IS TO DIE FOR OH AND SO IS BABIS THE HEAD WAITER,GREAT WITH KIDS AND A GREAT KIDS MENU

MS FRANCES KILLON,IM APPALLED BY THE COMMENT YOU HAVE PUT ABOUT THE PARTHENON,I THINK YOU HAVE NO JUST CAUSE TO MAKE SUCH COMMENTS AND THINK YOU SHOULD PROMPTLY REMOVE IT!!! THE PARTHENON SETS EXTREMLY HIGH STANDARDS AND AS FOR THE PRICES WELL I SUPPOSE IF YOURE USED TO MCDONALDS PRICES THEN I SUGGEST YOU EAT THERE IN FUTURE,THE PARTHENON PRICES ARE IN NO-WAY EXPENSIVE AND AS FOR THE TOILETS ... SERIOUSLY COME ON!!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE YOUR ON YOUR OWN WITH THE WAY YOU FEEL. THE PARTHENON IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN KALAMAKI WITH THE BEST SERVICE FOOD AND STAFF,SEE YOU ALL IN 10 WEEKS  I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU GEORGE.AND CAN I JUST SAY WELL DONE TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT STUCK UP FOR THE PARTHENON .

our third stay at venus and the best stay,great hotel and great staff,we will be back next september.  very clean and food and entertainment is first class,10/10. great location too.

 as usual the best restaurant in zante great food fab service and the most gorgeous waiters on the island,my daughter celebrated het 8th birthday there and george and yiannis made it very special for her,so thanks heaps guys,cant wait to see you all next year,dont study too hard spongebobgeorgiepants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   big hugs and kisses to all.xxxxxxx

 ABSOLUTLEY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN KALAMKI WITH THE BEST STAFF,MY DAUGHTER ADORES VICKY SHE IS SO GREAT WITH KIDS REALLY MAKES THEM FEEL SPECIAL,ROOMS ARE LARGE AND KEPT CRYSTAL CLEAN,NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE.BREAKFAST IS LOVELY,AND THE SNACK POOL BAR HAS A GREAT RANGE OF FOOD AND DRINK.    10/10 FOR ROSELAND,SEE YOU ALL NEXT SEPTEMBER BIG HUGS TO VICKY LOVE CLAIRE NIGEL,LEAH

 the olive garden is simply superb,we travel from kalamaki just to eat there and see our gorgeous friend babis,you have to try the lamb kleftico its the best!!! it makes our holiday visiting this restaurant. my daughter loves the tortoises they have in the garden. thank you to all at the olive garden and especialy to babis for being so special. see you all on the 11th sept 2008.xxxxx

its a beautiful hotel in my oppinion the best we have stayed in other hotels in kalamaki and there are alot of dodge ones!!!!  Roseland  however is perfect,huge rooms immaculately clean,great staff that will do anything for you,the food is great too. hope this helps youre dicision. claire xx

cant believe the parthenon has finally been sold were all totaly gutted  kalamaki just wont be the same for us! thank god we can still go next door and see all the family will have to find a new restaurant,see you all in september,big hugs georgelots of love claire xxx

THE PARTHENON IN MY OPINION IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN KALAMAKI FOOD IS SUPERB SERVICE IS EVEN BETTER    XX    

i have to say it makes me sad and angry to hear bad remarks about this restaurant!!as far as waiting is concerned it really isnt that long and you go on holiday to relax and enjoy youre food!! so if you want quick service go to macdonalds!!!,  i am a  friend of babis and know they all work extremly hard to please there customers and make them feel welcome!! so dont listen to the bad comments from pathetic people,if you want great food and outstanding service then the olive garden is for you, we travel from kalamaki to eat here !!! 

OH NO im totaly gutted,ive just spoken to babis's cousin just incase you maybe got it wrong and it seems you havent, am propa sad so will my daughter be,nevermind tho we will still go and eat there we love the lamb kleftico yum. xx
