me and my boyfriend were really looking forward to our meal at family after reading reviews and hearing of the great ratings. However, we were extremely dissapointed to be served the steak diane which was cold with piping hot chips,it was almost like the steak had been cooked and left then the chips were added at the last minute. After mentioning the problem to the waiter who was very polite, he took the plate away and was gone 10 minutes while waiting for my steak to be warmed up!!!!!  during this time, my boyfriend was expected to eat his meal alone, the waiter did come back and said the cook had left the steak fro 3minutes! Therefore obviously much longer.  After this i was put off by the quality so we left and chose somewhere else!  However, Family is cheap, but who wants a cold plate of food!!!

amazing!  me and my boyfriend have just returned from tsilivi, this was definately our favourite place to eat, the staff are very friendly,the service is great and the homemade food is gorgeous!  I cannot praise this restaurant anymore, it is a must to visit.  I had the mousaka on many occassions and it was delicious! my boyfriend had a mixed grill and the portion was plenty, he was pleasantly shocked when the plate came out.

The owners make you feel more than welcome, and make your night enjoyable. 

it is next to the olive garden and opposite to the back of passage to Asia!?
