We went here a few times during our stay between 10-17 Sept.  The music is good, pretty up to date although them seemed to play the same CD most nights so maybe they only had one!!!  Anyway good place to sit n drink!

We stayed between the 10-17 Sept n it was really hot every day - in the 30's!  A few of the days it started off cloudy but it soon burnt off!  Also we didnt see any kids (not english anyway!!) so perfect if you want a kid free holiday as theyve all gone back to school at this time!

We hired our own boat from alakanas beach to see the blue caves, it was 80euro for 3 hrs.  We went off to see the blue caves but were very dissapointed!! Rubbish as far as Im concerned!!!  Apparently the shipwreck is only from the late 90's so its a bit of a con, its not the titanic or anything!!!  Hiring the boat was cool tho so if we did it again we would just do our own thing! 

Alykes is a good place to go n chill, it still has that greek feel to it & isnt spoilt like some other resorts on the island.  Plently of good restaurants & bars but all pretty low key so good for couples & families.  The beach is fab, really shallow water, we loved Alykes!

This was the only place that did good humous!!! Everywhere else they put mayo in it!! My boyfriend is a good chef & this was his favourite place from the whole week!

We went here twice during our week, we liked it, it had a nice feel to it!  The food was pretty average & we came to realise that most restaurants serve the same stuff!!!  They all seem to think that the english eat chips so they put this with everything!!  One night my boyfriend had chips, roast potatoes & rice all on the same plate - whats that all about!!!  Anyway, nice restaurant!

We got put here for the night of the 17th sept as our flight was delayed, I think olympic have the place for this purpose.  It was odd, like chalets in the woods, gave me the creeps n I wouldnt fancy my chances of making my way back to the chalet drunk!!!  We stayed in alakes which was quiet, however in argassi its busy n u could hear noise from the bars from our chalet.  It was orrid!!

Got put in a hotel here when our flight was delayed, it was awful!! Noisy n about as greek as I am!!!  ok for the 18yr olds probably but me well I like some culture when I go away to another country!!!  By the looks of things there is no decent beach & theres loads of building work, lorries etc. One word  - YUK!
