Bitzaro Grande Hotel - (Accommodation in Kalamaki)

My wife Rose and I have just come back from holiday on the 17th September 2006. The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean, the food is great, although the dining room is rather small, it got very busy, although you can eat out on the terace, which was pleasant. Rooms are clean and well presented. We had a lovely holiday, kalamaki comes alive at night, a really great place to holiday, even if we did have a earth tremor on our last night,(scarey!!!!), that has not put us off coming back to Zakynthos again. It is close to the airport but dont let that put you off, its not too bad.

My wife Rose and I went from 3/9/06-17/9/06, the weather was perfect, hot and sunny, and lovely and warm in the evenings, couple of days started cloudy but as soon as the sun was up, it burnt away the clouds, then hot hot hot!!
Blue Caves and Shipwreck Cruise - (Zante Excursions)

We done the cruise to the shipwreck, what a waste of time, couldnt dock there,apparently there was too much of a swell. Hadn't been able to land in weeks so they said. Shame we were not told about it, that the only reason we went, so went off to another cove that just wasn't the same. didn't see the caves on the way back either, just sailed past!!!.

Fantastic tour by coach, very pretty island, some of the views were stunning
We even see a forrest fire!! Well worth doing
