We were surprised by our daughters, they booked & paid for us to go to the Cavo Doro for a week from sept 4th to 11th 2006, we usually stay at Antonis, so were a little bit wary, however, we were in G5, room 311, I was very apprehensive, but in fact I was pleasantly surprised, nice room, balconies from lounge & bedroom, problem with loo on arrival, this was corrected immediately. Yes it was set back, but we got used to this. Harry's bar was always empty, but we'd been to the resort on several occasions so it didn't bother us. We had loads of other places to have our nightly entertainment. We found the staff in the sports bar were really nice, helpful & accommodating. We didn't hire air con until we'd been there a few days, when we did it dripped all night, but this was put right eventually. The only thing I can say is a complete rip off is the price we paid to keep our room (as we were an early morning flight). We were charged 40 euros, we were told this was to pay the "early morning cleaners" (if that's what they are paid i'll show my ass in burton's window...lol), it only cost us that much to hire a car for two & half days from Merlis, & we took ourselves to the airport, saving 10 euros taxi fare. I can sympathise with people who stayed in other blocks as they didn't look as nice as G5, but can't say what the interiors were like. One word of warning, if you leave towels on balcony chairs, beware of flying fags from upper floors, one of my decent towels was burnt by one of these & ruined. But on the whole, a pleasant stay.

As always, had a great time at the Antonis, Iolios, Petros & Nick do their best to make you welcome. Rachel & Jamie do a great job too. Nice food during the day, plenty of free shots, good cocktails & no "rip off" drinks, good music, plenty of entertainment, all in all a great relaxed atmosphere.....roll on 2007.

Antonis has become our favourite "chill out area", even though we were staying elsewhere (we had no choice, it was a pressie) they made us more than welcome, great music, food, refreshments. We keep meeting up with people from previous years (since 2002), so it just shows they have alot of repeat custom. Can't wait to return in 2007.......Bring it on.....

We have been coming to the Antonis for quite some time now, it's like coming home with sunshine. The owners are fabulous, they always make us welcome. We will always return. It's our little bit of paradise. The Antonis is situated in an ideal place in Kalamaki, not right on the road, but tucked away from any bustle. We have never really thought about not returning. The pool/bar is a really relaxing place to be, the pool is really nice & not too cold. Nice chill out music and always a friendly face. We were there 17-24th May & expect to return at the beginning of September. Highly recommended..  Hopefully Laki will be a dad shortly after that :)

When we arrive, it's like coming home....but to a hot, relaxed atmospere. The family and the staff are the best people. We had a fabulous room....block B room 6....fabulous view, 2 bedrooms and double balcony. There were only 2 of us, so didn't really need that much space...but we're not complaining

The pool/bar during the day is so relaxing, no fighting for sunbeds, the food is excellent and the staff are really friendly. We love the Antonis as we can "chill"...no pressure and free to do as we please. There is a really good atmosphere and they put plenty of entertainment on during the evening, from Greek nights/BBQ and live football on Sky Sports. Live singer/acoustic and games...deal or no deal...quizzes...Karaoke...something for everyone.

Can't wait to go back, but struggling as it's becoming very popular

We have watched the family & some of the staff grow", marriage, children....there aren't may people who can say that about their holiday destinations . We have travelled to other places, but always return to Antonis
