This is just the closest you will get to heaven on earth, its six weeks till we go and I have just been sorting through my 12 years and 3 visits a year photos and I found a couple of the pool early morning, and I mean early, about 7am!  Thought I would share them with you.

Hi I need your help you lovely people, can anyone tell me what tour operator is offering holidays to the Apollo?  I am after a place that could accommodate a large family, and I know the Apollo has two large apartments which would be ideal.  Either that or if anyone has any other suggestions I would be most grateful.

I dont agree that it costs more, we had some of our cheapest evenings out in this place.  It was just devine, the service was amazing, the quality of food was lovely, the loos are lovely and clean it is all air conditioned which was a blessing in the heat and I recommended it to some people in our apartments and they agreed that it was good value for money and a really nice night out.  The Creme Brulee is to die for and the Yoghurt with Honey.

We have just booked to stay at these fabulous apartments in September so Marietta, Spiros baby Denis and Dimitri beware!  Sue and Annette are on their way, but I will see you before that in June.  Im so glad we managed to squeeze into the best apartments in Alykes. 

Hi Sheila, are you staying at the Beach House 1 or Beach House 2, if you are at the Beach House 1 you will be right on the sea it is beautiful.  However we did have problems with mozzies when we stayed there last year, but I have a trick you could try that worked for me in Cyprus.  About 3 weeks before you go take a vitimin B tablet and an oderless garlic tablet once a day and continue whilst you are out there.  I didnt get bitten once when I did this, and we seriously got pickled in Zante.  If you are in Beach House 2 then it may not be so bad as they are air conditioned and not on the sea front although lovely.  The apartments are run by Spiros and Vicky and they are such lovely people would do anything for you.  You do not have to leave a deposit for any breakages, the pool next door is superb it doesnt ever get too busy and as you are going in the lower season you should find it okay, in fact I am going on Sept 26th is that the same time as you?  If you would like to message me my email is suelumsden@aol.com please feel free to do so for any other advice or pics or anything.  You have seriously made the right decision in choosing the Beach House, you will not regret it.

Just returned from a stunning 14 day holiday where we sat around the pool and let Dimitri and Athena look after us.  This place is just stunning and it gets harder to leave every year.  Everyone makes you feel welcome, we made good friends around the pool and the kids had a marvellous time, the pool is kept clean the food at the bar is wonderful, full english is excellent value.  We have already booked to go next June!  Love to Marietta, Spyros and beautiful baby Denis, see you in 10 weeks time.
