hi there iv been to the koukkounaria apartments twice before and i am returning on wednesday the 30th may 2007. when i went in may last year i went with my mum, dad and younger sister we met a family over there and did most of our trips together even though there was 13 of us. We hired out the scooters which can be a bit dangerous but they are cheap to hire. I also went in october with my aunty and uncle when the season was ending and i had a good time.

The first time i went i met mario and he is a lovely lad i also met jimmy, leo, and miri.When i went back in october i met up with mario again but i also met his older brother tony who took an interest so i spent most of my holiday with him driving around in his car and he was showing me around. when i got back we kept in touch and i cant wait to c him when i return. he is drop dead gorgeous he is supposed to be coming over this year to stay with me so that should be fun. He made my holiday special. The koukounaria is a lovely hotel and you are made very welcome over there. Jimmy is also a really nice person who is visiting me this year.

just returned on the 13th of june from another fantastic holiday at the koukounaria. me and my friend had a really good time. everyone that has been before will no the staff there. well jimmy has gone into the army so we have three knew workers there now. one is the chef dan he can be ok but he always turns up in the same bar as you. there is bill he is only 17 but he is so sweet and then there is paint boy we named he this as the first time we saw him he was painting and we couldnt say his real name lol. i also spoke to george this time he the owner he really sweet and im going back in september to see him. i also saw mario, leo, tony and miri. i met up with tony when i arrived and i gt told he was engaged and he wears the ring but he wont admit it so becareful girls if he tries it on with u. we went into zante town for the night and it was nice but be careful as the shops shut at half 9 so i suggest u go shopping then eat. we also decided to go on the turtle trip although there no promise u will see any. we saw one but it was a good day out. the weather was fantastic aswel although it did rain one day in the middle of our stay. well i hope anyone thinkin of stayin at the koukounaria does it is such a friendly place. and i will be returning in september for the 4th time. if anyone has any questions just leave me a message

hey iv been bk to greece three times in 1 year. the last time i went was on the 30th of may 2007 and  spikey and nikos the owners of the magic mushroom are ace. we visited the magic mushroom every night for there fantastic cocktails i recommend the dragon fly lol. the atmosphere in there was amazing and i cant wait to return in june next year its fantastic there. i do apologise about that night though when i was so drunk i couldnt stand up n i was sick in the toilets lol. Well you to we cant wait to see yas next year

   

hey ive visited alykes three times and this bar opened  the last time i went. this bar was the best for late night drinkin and dancin on the bars, doing the conga around the streets lol. the staff were absolutely amazing with there free shots sorry about the mess i made when i couldnt swallow the shot and it ended up all over the bar lol. tony is fantastic and always made us feel really welcone cant wait to go bk in june next year.

hey johnny and spiros. only visited jam in once whilst stayin in alykes, this was because we met johnny in the magic mushroom towards the end of our holiday and he recommended we came here for a drink. and to be honest i cant really remember much about it as johnny was makin our cocktails so strong i was wrecked of a few. one thing i do remember is catchin two greek lads havin nooky in the toilets with a holiday maker lol. she just blushed and walked of. i also got told the next day that whilst walkin bk to our apartments i had to go into the magic mushroom toilets to be sick. lol. sorry we didnt say bye to yas but had a quiet night on the last night was still recoverin from the night before thanks johnny lol.

i came to zante on the 24th may(2006) for a week and the weather was absolutely fantastic, got burnt so make sure you take ya sun tan lotion. the hotel koukounaria in Alykes was really busy and was sometimes hard to find a sun lounger. i also went back this year on the 30th may (2007) and the weather was nice although it had been raining the week prior to us arriving. at the beginning of the holiday the weather was hot but not unbearable and as the 2 weeks went on the weather did get hotter although we did have a thunder storm one day at the beginning. would defo recommend you go in late june to guarantee the best weather. cant wait to return on the 26th of june 2008 for another fantastic stay at the koukounaria

returned home a week ago from another 2 weeks in alykes. every night we went to the magic mushroom. it is so fun in there and spikey and vince are ace.

what a brilliant bar.

ive never really been in this bar all the times i have been to alykes. but on my last stay in alykes we went in here every night it was such a laugh.

timo who works behind the bar is so fun and he plays decent music.

saturday nights are the best cos they have a party and it gets packed.

cant wait to return next year

me and my friend did scuba diving for the first time. we got picked up from alykes and were takin straight to the driving school.

the diving instructors were really friendly

they explained everything about the dive and the equipment

although i was nervous i really enjoyed the dive. the staff were always there if u needed them and i would just like to say a big thank you and i will be back next year

another great stay at the koukounaria. the staff are really friandly and make you feel so welcome. we only had one slight problem and that was the room we asked for a high floor and got puton the ground floor but we were'nt going to let this ruin our holiday. charlotte who works there is really friendly aswell. cant wait to return next year hopefully to move there

what a fantastic beach visited this beach every time i have been. the last time i came was with my friends. the beach is so clean and you can see to the bottom of the water. MR Kev let us use the lilos and the ringos for free. he always brought us drinks so we didnt have to get up and he was always checking we were ok. he is a lovely man and cant wait to see you next year Mr Kev.
