alot of time was spent on the coach, but that's only to be expected i suppose with an island tour!We booked through Dyonisos tours- much much cheaper than through your Rep. Our guide-Sue was really good too! The under ground lake and caves are worth seeing, you have to pay extra, but it's not much. it was a good day out.
a nice change from lying on the beach! Cheap to book- boat was nothing special but ok. The sun shone all day, sea was calm too! it was worth seeing that beautiful blue sea around the shipwreck and blue caves- was able to sunbathe whilst watching the scenery. Take your own food! The food is v basic, i.e rolls doughnuts etc and mega expesivo! The swim stops are great.
Nice woman that ran it, she let us stay on our last day past the 12 checking out time, 'til we left at 5pm. It cost us 5,000 dm though! Her kids and their friends tend to play right outside No 6 (which was ours) every day! There was one very annoying little boy who kept practicing his English, although all he seemed to say was "Zank you vary mutch!" Seriously, good location, cheap and use of pool 50 yards away.
The waiters are really friendly here. On our last night we got 2 bottles of free wine and plenty of free ouzo(yuk) this was our favourate place and we ate here several times.
we ate here 2 or 3 times. Waiters seemed a bit surly though. The best thing about it was the nice view over the sea.
Not very relaxing really as it was so busy everyone was rushing around- service was not that good either. Location on a street corner also meant there was plenty of traffic zooming past and plenty of passersby to watch
Ate there once. Very, very friendly place. Food nothing special. Sat round the back, the old lady kept coming out of her door and sat staring at us ! Well- it's her home i suppose!
