A lovely restaurant. The chap outside was very friendly - we were in kalamaki for 2 weeks, and every night he spoke to us! Our food was divine - I had pasta with asparagus, bacon and peas in a creamy sauce, my husband had haiwain pizza. The staff are very friendly, and people were being turned away as it got full. Go and enjoy it!!!
We only went here once, and wished we'd gone more. Set in lovely, peceful surroundings it made a lovely change from the strip. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had garlic mushrooms and tzadiki for starter, and lemon pork and lamb for main. Beautiful!
we ate here a couple of times during our two week holiday - it was lovely. Both times my husband had lamb stefado, which arrived still sizziling in the pot. I had mousakka, and lemon chicken, which was on the bone and in a gravy, arrived piping hot. The staff here are very friendly. A nice touch is the shots of ouzo and metaxa the adults get at the end of the meal, as well as a plate of fresh melon to end your meal - free! If you stay at the Roseland, Bizarro, Amaryllis, metaxa etc it is down your end of the strip.
We had several evening meals and a couple of breakfasts here during our stay. Each time staff very friendly and efficient. Food arrived hot and the meals are big. The breakfasts here are good to. It does get very busy we saw a queue form on a few occasions, but it soon went down.
I have given the airport a 3, ONLY because of the fantastic organisation by the Thomson reps. On Friday, I was dreading departures after reading comments on here. However, we stood outside, under cover for no more than 10 minutes. Inside we probably queued for 30 mins, whislt the reps told us which queue to go to, when to get passports ready etc I heard several people say it was better than last year -it was my first visit so have nothing to compare it to.
