The whole complex was first class. It is just out of the town which makes it very quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the town centre (even quicker if you cut through the back route). Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and the facilities were fine. Large fridge-freezer, basic 2 ring stove. No kettle provided, but we just use a saucepan! They also charged extra if you wanted to use the air conditioning. The pool is large and clean and a good temperature with plenty of sun beds. I thought that it was abit of a cheek to charge £1 a day for a matress for the sun bed. We found the food good from the snack bar. Overall excellent and I would have hestitation in recommending it.
The centre of the resort has the best sandy beach with gentle slopes into the sea. You can walk out 50 yards or so and still only be in 3 feet of water. You can pick up a boat to see the Blue Caves from the beach and its only costs £8 per head for a 2 hour trip - very good.
We booked the trip through Airtours, but the same trip can be done cheaper by going to the Exotica bar. The chap who owns this also owns the jeeps that do the trips. It was an excellent day out and they take you to places that you will not find by yourself. A swim in the blue logoon is quite something - totally exhilarating! Quite an expensive trip, but well worthwhile.
