Am going back to Zante on 30^th August for 4^th time in 7years and can't wait to go to Kaliva Pub again

Had a great 2 weeks in here yet again first 2 weeks of September.

Yannis and Andreas are also still working here and the place is not under new management.

you'll all be pleased to know their straw throwing skills have improved............slightly

never went here during my 2 weeks in Zante over 1st 2 weeks of September 2009 as guy was to desperate on the door to get you in every night, even to the stage where he would cross the road to try and stop you from walking off

May well be a nice restaurant but until they remove the guy on the door or replace him with someone less pushy i won't be going here next year

In Zante first 2 weeks of September 2009.

great restaurant, great food, good service. Try the Pork Souvlaki!

I have commented on another restaurant about a guy on the door being pushy, in contrast the guy outside Nemises is an absolute legend and always shock my hand whenever we walked passed and even wished me a safe trip home on final night and gave me and my fiance a hug. He would make me laugh every night and would never try and force you to go in.

Think i ate here 3 times during my stay but have also eating in here back in 2007 and its still as good!
