Quality bar, wonderful setting and attentive friendly staff. Great place to relax and enjoy whatever you want from Mythos to Milkshakes, Fanta to Frangelico. We (2 adults and 2 kids 9 and 7) walked about 15 mins up to "old Kalamaki" on numerous occaisions we loved the place that much. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
Good, clean, nice, popular bar. Never ate here but used this bar when we were not up at Mojito's. Stayed at the Exotica so was our "local". Great for sports and games to keep our two (9 and 7) happy. Nice views from the roof bar as the sun set (on our world cup dreams etc...!)
See you guys again soonAte here a few times and the food (and choice) were always very, very good. Very clean, my only gripe was that each time the service was a little too slow, felt almost forgotten the once, although to be fair they were pretty busy. Don't let that put you off, maybe we were unlucky and the food WAS worth waiting for, just the kids were getting a little tired before the end, but that's why I gave 8/10. (8.5/10 if I could have)
Just got back after 2 weeks at the Exotica so Escape was a 2 minute walk away but to be honest I'd have happily walked a lot further.
Milos is, without doubt, a FANTASTIC restaurant. As other reviews state, Yiannis and the staff make you feel so welcome, always with a big smile and handshake or high 5 for the kids!!
The service is fantastic, if they are very busy it can be a little slow but, it just gives you more time to enjoy yourselves with a glass or 2 of something and trust me it's worth the wait when the food comes. We went at least 7 times during our stay and only once was there a little wait and they were more concerned about it than we were !! The food was always VERY fresh and tasty. My husband doesn't like Moussaka, I convinced him to try mine on our 1st visit and he had it 3 or 4 times after that, he couldn't get over how good it was and he loved the Meze for 1 starter when he could eat it without our 7 year old daughter trying to steal it !! The kids (9 and7) loved all the dishes (chiken mylos, stifado's,stamna and kokinisto etc) put particularly loved the attention of the staff and the sparkly ice creams !! Gi'asu Yiannis and the rest of the staff, Hope you have a great season and will see you next time we're in Kalamaki...that's for sure. Efharisto.Just got back from 2 weeks at the Exotica. This is a hotel that is brilliantly located for all the amenities, crazy golf-3 mins walk, beach-5mins walk, far end of "old Kalamaki" 15 mins walk and 2 mins walk from the main strip through Kalamaki. You do get a some aircraft noise but becasue of the restrictions in place for the turtles its not that early in the morning (7ish) or late at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful from Sue and Efe at reception to Sia and Debbie in the bar (and all the other staff). We were there with 2 kids (9 and7) and the kids club, pool and facilities got their thumbs up throughout our stay. It's a family friendly, clean, well run hotel and we WOULD go back again for a 3rd time, my only gripe or advice would be that we 1st went 14 years ago and the decor hasn't changed it's TIRED, certainly in our block, the doors are, in places chipped and splitting and the grey paint is dull and dour on both the doors and internal fittings. The first 2 doors are white pvc and they look SO much better, maybe it's just the one block, but it just needs a make-over, oh, and a better shower system, it does tend to have a mind of it's own!!
