Just returned from Kalamaki. Visited Heavens Kitchen three times each time the food was fantastic, the lamb kleftico was gorgeous!
Lovely food but pretentious staff.Ate at Hera twice both times the food was good but felt very aware of the waiters who looked like they they were going to faint when my son who doesnt like rice dared to push it on to his dads plate.
Ordered pasta with garlic .Iasked how it came the waitress said it came in oil.Sounded ok but when it came the pasta had gone cold and the garlic was raw. Also forgot to bring my husbands starter.RUBBISH.
Just returned from daisy apartments.Kitchen- dirty cupboards, mismatched and chipped cups and glasses, kettle full of loose and stuck on limescale, greasy and dirty cooker which we had to use to heat water in pan due to state of kettle. Also teeming with ants.Bathroom-dirty taps ,torn shower curtain, shower head was broken water running from were the head is attached, took two days to replace it not ideal in the hot weather we were having.Beds creaky and uncomfortable with very thin matresses. Rest of apartment was ok but needed updating.Must of used up our quota of towels as none were replaced in last 3 days the dirty dry ones were simply folded up and left to use again.Beds not restraightned last couple of days either .Would best describe it as ,erm...rustic.Travel firm needs to look at their rating system for this compex
