We really liked this place. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The Greek night was excellent, costumes worn by the Greek dancers were great, and they encouraged lots of audience participation. The portions were quite generous, especially for the Zackynthian Chicken, which was delicious.
Try the stifado, it was great! The food here is lovely, lots of traditonal Greek food.
The atmosphere is great, Tasos is always playing practical jokes, so never accept Chewing gum etc off him! The staff are all really friendly and always remember what you are drinking. If your appartments are near there go to the pool and try a special burger for lunch. I put on 1/2 stone on my hols and I think alot it came from there!
Quite expensive. We tried ringoes and parasailing which were great. The staff are friendly and I felt that they were very safety conscious.
Our rep (Alma) was very friendly but did try to scare people into buying the tours early by saying they were over subscribed. But their tours were twice the price of local agents, so book with them. She was a bit useless when we come to check out as she told us to meet her on Tues (we checked out on Thurs)but she was not there we had to phone Manos to get an explanation. Apparently she has swapped her days off that week and not bothered to post notices on the boards to inform anyone. We were not impressed.
The food was great and staff were friendly. If you go there look at the back of the menu to find Greek Mythology. I found out the explanation for the weird names of the main characters in the film Face/Off (or am I dim for not knowing where they came from in the first place??!)
Beach is quite narrow in places, but generally fairly clean. Buy Doughnuts and fruit salads from the men who walk up and down the beach as they are gorgeous! Apparently they are made by Dennis the Menace?!
