We stayed in May 2001 in the basement apartments, which was o.k. at least it was cool, but like some others have said the owner did not smile very much at all. and nick only smiled if you were buying from the bar. We would not go back there. We are going to Kalamaki in 3weeks time.

The location for Kalidonio Studios is very good it is only a short walkto the centre whichever way you turn left or right. and it is only a 10 min. stroll to the beach which is beautiful.

We stayed here from 19 May till 2 June it was the best we have stayed at so far. Except for the fighting Liverpool Couple, give the English a bad reputation. Very clean and helpful and pleasent staff. Would definitely stay here again. Loveley tavernas eaten some great food. Plenty to do for all ages.

We ate her 3 times very relaxed, friendly and we love slow service because that is our evening out as long as we have our wine and we are talking and eating then thats what we want

We could not fault the food it was excellent and price was o.k. but to us it lacked atmosphere, and i would not say they were that friendly.

It is 2 years since we ate here and they welcomed us with open arms. Made us feel so welcome and valued as friends. The food was as excellent as we remembered, was given a free litre of wine after our meal. On the last night was given a bottle of red wine to bring home and drink in winter and think of them.

People should know that if a taverna does not have its price list and menu out front then it will be expensive. We ate here twice and the food was delicious and we loved the service, not rushed at all because that is our night out. Yes it was the most expensive meals but we knew it would be.

This was one of the best trips we have been on, normally dont like trips, but this one was very informative was not a long drawn out affair but a steady pace would recommend this trip to anyone.
