EVERYONE should go to the down under bar, Its the best place in the world. Nick and all the other guys are just fantastic. This place really made our holiday. Its the best bar we have ever been to, it even beats the London bars here. Make sure you at least give it a try, your guarenteed to have an excellent time. The staff are probably the most fun team i have ever seen. You will surely be kept entertained by Nick and the crew. WE WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS TO COME AND SEE YOU ALL. It has to be said that Mermaids food was gorgeous, the portion was huge and the price is so cheap. However its downfall is the service that we got. We were the only people in the restuarant and the staff were all sitting around on a table, waited nearly half an hour for our bill as the staff kept looking over and ignoring us. We only got it because we had to go up to the table ourselves and ask. They got no tips from us.

i must say that the parthenon kicks a**e, the food there was fantastic, the staff are so friendly and very good with children, got none of my own but we did notice. prices were good and all in all id say this was definatly the best place to eat. make sure you try it.

We only went to the Meandros once. The food was delicious but the service was far too slow. No one seemed to really know what they were doing.However the food was that nice that we went back a second time on our last night. We were too early but the staff took about 5 minutes after we had asked for a table to tell us it wasnt open till 7:30.

We loved the Dionysis. The location was perfect for us, We had a lovely apartment and i dont think it could have been any cleaner. Lovely friendly bar and a nice pool. Lots of places to eat and drink not far down the road. Walk to the beach was a little tireing but only coz of the heat, takes about 5 mins to get there. Id definatly be happy to stay there again.

If you coming to Zante the boat trip is a must. The shipwreck is not what youd expect, its better. The blue caves were nice to as were all the other sites we saw while cruising around zante. Go for a swim in the caves when you get to the ship wreck, its a must.

We went on the bar crawl in Laganas. It was ok but i would have rather been at the DOWN UNDeR in Kalamiki. Once youve been there Laganas seems S**t!

The watersports here are excellent. Very expensive compared to anywhere else on the island. Drink and food was a bit to much and paying 8 Euros for a sun lounger was a bit steep. Price of a pedlo for half an hour was much more then we had payed in kalamaki for an hour. Make sure you do try the paragliding though. There is a free bus that goes from Laganas, Kalamaki and Argassi so i wouldnt go with your reps seen as they charge you to get on the same free bus.

Hi Guys at the Down Under. You should remember me. I came last July with my boyfriend Daniel. We drank with you Nick every night that we were in Kalamaki and loved it so much that next tuesday WE WILL BE BACK! simply because we have missed you. You never did answer any of my e-mails that we sent you but your forgiven. I will add a picture this evening of us last year so you know who to keep an eye out for although we will make sure you remember us crazy people. Look out for the girl in the Down under T-Shirt (would have re applied the face painting that Nick did for me but havent got the paints) CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU GUYS!
