Just got back from alikanas beach apartment 14th may till 18th may. The first week we were there the work wasn't quite finished so they put us all up next door in the alikanas village apartments(very nice) for the week then moved us over on the sunday i looked at it as two holidays. There is some work still going on at the "Beach" but nothing to worry about we have just spent two brilliant weeks in the resort so good we have just booked another two weeks for this september.The staff are very friendly and always there to help.

if you want plenty of leg room in the back for tall passengers like mick 6ft this is the car to have, i drove all over the island up in the mountains along the coast and in town great car thankyou Dragon Rentals for a great 4x4

Excellent all round please try this you wont want to go else where we ate there 10 nights out of 14 we couldnt fault it run by a lovely greek family John (father) angela(mother) George(son) and not forgetting sanday(daughter) and two excellent waitress Angela and evi. My husband likes whitebait but its not on the menue but that wasn't a problem Goerge got some in specialy for us so if you ask you will proberly get, Right george.!!! Back on september 10th 2003 see you then get that table resevered george! Love to you all xx

Hi Linedon,Do you remember i asked you about driving to athens? Just to let u know i did drive to athens it took a hour by ferry and 4 hours by car and i loved every min of it not to mention getting pulled over for speeding too got off with it!!
As we expected the second time round village hotel was excellent and a big thankyou to gloria the managress for the seaview apartment she gave us on our second day there. Anyone who hasn't been before your gonna love it. Hire a car and take in the sites,hubby and me drove all over the island every nook and cranny wasn't left unturned even though we were here in may 2003 for two weeks we still found new places to visit.Cant wait to come back next year.

karen, the weather in may last year was very good it was sunshine everyday we stayed from the 4th till the 18th may, september was very good too a couple of days of thunder & lighting was all we had. We are back again for our third holiday on the 2nd may so may see you there!!!
