Canadian Hotel - (Accommodation in Laganas)

Dawn A

the studios was basic, just a place to get washed and changed and sleep, maids did leave bathroom window open which was a problem especilly with us being on the ground floor, not big enough to cook in but this time of the year it was cheap enough to eat out, the manageress of the place was horrible we wasnt the only people to notice this!!!! all the other staff was fine. the bar and restaurant next door didnt belong to hotel and all the staff was brill always spoke to you and had a laugh.the hotel rep was a guy called simon he always went out of his way to have a chat to you and helped if there .was any problems ,he was the best rep we've ever had, he even came and said goodbye to us just before we went into departure lounge which we noticed none of the other reps did.we've just returned and what we paid for the holiday it was value for money,if we had paid any more we would of been dissapointed with the room. we are going back in september to argassi, we are staying in xenos kamara hotel if anyone as stayed there can u let us know what its like???

Double - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Steve

We stayed in Argassi in september 04 we looked round on 1 night for the best places to eat and passed Tiffanys when peter asked us in we told him that we were looking around and passed him by later theat evening after we had eaten in Castaways we passed him again and told him we had eaten elsewhere and promised to go back as he told us that he would give us the best table and it feel like our home. We did return two days later i admit it was around ten thirty at noght which we didnt think was to late as most of the other restuarants were still open and lively, when we got in we felt though we were hurried and that the staff wanted to go home, when we ordered our food and it arrived the waiter seemed to hover about waiting for us to finish our food and as soon as one of us had put our cutlery down he removed the plates. Overall it didnt live up to the expectation to what Peter had told us the food was below par and the service was poor and for what we had it was rather expensive

Carissimo - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Excellent

Xenos Kamara Beach Hotel - (Accommodation in Argassi)

Steve & Dawn

we`ve just returned from the xenos kamara,we stayed in room 205 with our 3 kids, the hotel was loverly situated right on the beach, the view we had from our room was breathtaking, over looking the sea.Michelle the rep was brill always cheerful and the kids rep`s were loverly,my son josh used the club and really enjoyed it. the staff were nice and the reception very helpfull, the maids cleaned our rooms almost everyday and did a good job, because of the time of our flight home it ment we had to vacate our room by midday on the thursday and we wasnt getting picked up untill 3am friday so we paid 40 euros to have a late checkout room , wehad to change rooms but it was worth the money because we got to keep the room right up until we left which ment the kids could get some sleep. on the whole this was a brilliant holiday, we couldnt of wished for a better hotel and views
if we go back to argassi we wouldnt stay in any other hotel and we would definetly ask to stay in room 205

Caretta Beach Holiday Village - (Accommodation in Kalamaki)

Dawn & Steve

we went to the caretta beach sept 2003,we found the hotel to be brilliant, very clean,we stayed in one of the duplex apartments which was plenty big enough for 5 of us, i disagree with some of the comments about the hotel being dirty and the bar staff not being polite, we had no problems at all. we have been back to zante twice since then once to laganas and once to argassi and both times we went back to visit the staff at caretta, who made us very welcome even though we wasnt staying in their hotel. thomas and the rest of the barstaff are the best people we've met in an hotel, they couldnt do enough for you and we hope to see them all soon
