Rooms were basic as you would expect for self catering but were always kept very clean. The swimming pool had only been built for 2 months when we arrived and was cleaned daily and kept very nice. The owners were very friendly and spoke good english. The snack bar within the pool was reasonably priced and very nice food. The apartments were about a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the resort centre,an ideal location for those wanting to stop in abusy location without being in the centre of it all.
We found the EuroCambio to be the best exchange rate within lagana and also offered exchange without commision.
We booked this trip down the main street and it cost us 3500drs each with olympic sun.The boat itself was excellent, and the guide was English and gave you lots of interesting information about the island. We had two swimming stops and found the day boring in places i.e after visiting the shipwreck it was approx 2 hours before seeing anything else other than cliffs. We would advise people to take drinks and food onboard as these were quite expensive i.e 750drs for a can of coke compared to 200drs onshore.
We found this to be the best restaurant of them all. They offered very reasonable prices and larger than normal portions. They also had live music on a Friday night to entartain you whilst you were eating.
Yes there was a free bus to this restaurant that was in the middle of nowhere but they forget to tell you that the food is overpriced and not that good when you get it,also at the top of the bill their is charge of 1000drs which on asking what it was we were told it was for the cutlery.More likely this was the not so free bus charge.
