Are there any internet cafes in Alykanas or surrounding areas?

This is a small complex - But it is ideally situated for walking into the main centre (5 min walk).  The rooms are basic but very very clean and the pool is very clean too.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments and we would definately return to them if we are ever back in Zante.  The family who run the apartments are very friendly and they serve nice basic food (ideal for a lunch time snack).

We ate at three restaurants (which were only average) before stumbling accross Katerina's Kitchen.  We found the food to be excellent, well presented & piping hot.  The Spaghetti Carbonnara is to be recommended.  It is baked in the oven and is very very tasty indeed.  I would recommend this place to eat.  PS Do not be put off by the waiter trying to get you into the restaurant (this happens in Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria etc - all you have to say is - I have eaten already and he will leave you alone!).  Go on give it a try! 

Over-rated...................The Restaurant name captures the holiday spirit (and entices you in) however, service was slow and we found the food to be average.  There are better restaurants to choose from.

We stayed here for a week and were very happy with the choice we had made.  The owner (Silver) was very friendly.  We were greeted with a free drink and a beautiful platter of fresh fruit.  The apartments are clean and very spacious.  The poolside is also very clean and there were lots of sunbeds available.  The apartments are located within a 10 minute walk of the centre of town. The bar was open until the last person went to bed and the food they served was very nice.

 We really enjoyed this restaurant.  There were 5 in our party and everyone had a different starter and main course.

Absolutely brilliant bar.  We went there straight off the train (a little worse for the wear after the free village wine) and we started dancing all night long and got everyone else in the pub to join in.  Our music requests were played every time.  We had a brilliant time in this bar and would recommend it to everyone.

This is absolutely great value for money.  Last time we visited we took the train during the day but this time we did the night time trip.  It was really good because you go up in day light but come back when it is getting dark.  We were plied with village wine and all the ladies were given a bottle to take away.  It was absolutely brilliant fun and everyone was singing and enjoying the themselves on the way back to the resort.

I posted the comments below but noticed all my comments were average.  This hotel is not average it is Excellent (very clean, fresh & friendly)  Just had to add this to the review!!

 2nd visit to the Clio  (Ju;y 16th to 30th) and it is just as good three years on.  The family are still very hard working and cannot do enough for you.  They are very welcoming and look after your every need.  The food and bar prices are very reasonable.  The rooms are kept spotlessly cean.  The food is very very good and as we were half board thought that we may get a bit bored of the meals but we didn't.  Silver and his family are experts in the hospitality trade and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
