Well planned out and plenty of different animals to see in natural surroundings, we travelled from Argassi and spent a couple of hours at the park best to go in the morning as it is slightly cooler. It is a shame it is far away from the main resorts as I do not think it gets the visitors it deserves. We were the only ones there at the time. Excellent idea to provide FREE water!
Having read the previous review after booking the accomodation we were a bit apprehensive to say the least, upon arrival the accomodation was very clean, good size bathroom with shower and was cleaned every other day with a change of towels and sheets. It could have done with air-conditioning but you can't have everything. The pool was okay but we preferred the pool at the Paradise Hotel just across the road which was excellent with a good pool bar. Beware the road at the front of the apartments is very noisy.
Wasn't very impressed with the Mousaka that I had quite dry and bland, the service could have been better but it did have a fantastic view.
Ate at the Granada three times on our holidays cannot fault it at all you were never harrassed to go in, the Kleftico was out of this world.
The Greek nights were not to be missed and were extremely enjoyable. Well done!!
We liked this restaurant, the food was good and hot, the souvlaki was gorgeous.
After reading all the reviews and being told it was the best restaurant in Argassi, we must have gone on a bad night as the food was well below the standards of all the other restaurants we ate at. The service fell well below what we had received elsewhere, they seemed to be more interested in cramming as many tables into such a small space than the comfort of the diners around them. Would definiately not be returning.
We ate here and found it to be an excellent restaurant, the pizza's were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection in the stone oven. It was also nice not to be left to look at the menu outside before deciding without somebody trying to hassle you inside.
We ate at Stars twice during our holiday and found it extremely good on both occassions, the pork and chicken souvlakis were excellent as well as the mixed grills. Definiately worth a visit.
An excellent taverna hidden high in the hills above Argassi with the most fantastic views of Zante town and the Penepolese. Run by people who really want you to enjoy the experience of traditional Greek food. The food was superb on both occassions and the price was unbelievably reasonable all with free transport to and from the restaurant provided. How they do it is beyond me but ensure that you visit Target early enough in your holidays as once you have been
there you will I am sure return as we did.
Definiately the best!!!!
