my family stayed there in may 2004 in room 103, nice room but the bathroom had a very, very disgusting smell. My 3 year old daughter refused to use the bathroom, and occasionally vomitted, as did my husband. the so called hosts refused to speak to us after we made complaints several times and are the most arrogant, spiteful people in Laganas. We have been to Laganas 4 times now but will not be returning again.. Even the childrens pool had human excrement in it for 2 days and the owners wouldn't do anything about it. all we got was abuse from them. I think a health and safety rep from kosmar should visit and I'm sure they wouldn't use Gargen Palace again. They should use the Sorrento - brilliant hosts and very very clean apts with no smells!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

after staying with Chris in 2002 My family have visited Laganas every year since. We cannot find anywhere that touches these studios. Chris and his family are the most welcoming sincere peaople you will ever meet. It doesn't matter where we stay in Laganas we still spend every day at Sorrento. My 3yr old daughter absolutely loves it and Chris and his family spoil her rotten. Rooms are basic but the cleanest we've ever seen in Laganas. Cheesy chips the best on island!!!! anyone going out there say hello to chris and family from Olivia in sunderland(age 3)

I cannot describe the smell in room 103. Yani and family could not smell it, what does that say about them. I was physically sick every time i went into bathroom. All I got was abuse and threats when I confromted so- called hosts. Had to use room next door (thankfully a family members)just to have a No 1. all I got from mine hosts was abuse and filthy looks. They even tried to break patio door and wanted me to pay 300 euros for damage - ha ha good job I'm a locksmith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wouldn't reccomend these apartments for to an enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How come if you want a last minute hol to Laganas every travel agent offers you Garden Tip (where did palace come from? Tip - go to the Sorrento!!!!
