Sorrento Studios

the only good thing about this place is the pool!!!! i cant think of anything else the apartment was discusting not well mantained the cleaner didn't clean it properly you dont get your bed sheets changed and they dont even give you toilet paper we had to buy our own!!

Just spent a wonderful two weeks with Chris, Soula and his family. This is a first class experience, our fifth with them and each one was great.The family stay on site so he make sure all his guest have a good holiday. The prices at the pool bar are competitive and the food is good and plentiful. A beautiful clean pool and comfortable sunbeds.

Thank you Chris and Soula and Georgia for another wonderful time. Can't wait to go back next year.

can't say anything but good about sorrento, myself & my fiance are just back and loved it! Christof his wife & 2 daughters are so helpfull but be warned they will not put up with trouble - they expect respect and are due it as they will go out their way to help you.

cheapest barsnacks & cocktails around...you'll love it.

8 of us are just back from a cracking holiday in Zante.  We stayed in Sorrento Studios which were brilliant.  Chris and his family were so kind and helpful and were very welcoming.  The pool is the nicest in the area.  The apartments are basic but that is what you expect.  The food at the pool bar is excellent and very reasonably priced.  The cocktails are also great - try the Sorrento Special (loads of alcohol)

Sorrento studios are a 2 min walk from the beach and only a 10min walk to the main strip.  If you are going to Laganas go to the waterpark.  We had so much fun.  Also do the turtle trip - well worth 13 euros.

Don't buy anything from your holiday rep - you will get things far cheaper in the local travel companies.

Recommended restaurants - Taj Mahal (Indian) and Bocca BBQ.

3 of us are staying in the sorrento studios from 17th july for a week. can anyone reccommend and decent bars and clubs to go to? never been before but cant wait!!

ive stayed with chris and sula on several occations and they are the best and the pool is the best ie cleaned every night and the daughters are lovely and freindly i will be going to zakynthos this year on the 21st aug but i could not get a room for that time but i will be in their pool every day i consider them my freinds as everytime we go we get greeted with a big hug i love this family god bless them see you soon yasoo xxx

hey theres 8 of us lads goin 2 zante on the 10th of july 2008 n stayin at the sorento studios. its our 2nd lads holiday n were gonna be there 4 a hardcore 2 weeks of none stop drinkin lol! any1 else goin goin at that time?

Got back from Zante a week ago had a great time. Sorrento studios were really nice and the family that run the studios are great. Chris and his family are very pleasent and are always willing to help you. Lee the rep was really nice to he helped us all out. the atmosphere was greart everyone at the hotel got on and we have all become friends. i would say the apartments are basic but thats all you need over there as there is so much to do. scuba diving is great so is smugglers cove and the blue caves.

Im off to sorrento studios on the 26th sept!!!!!!

we just got bk and stayed here its clean but very basic owners were nice and its not to far from da beach or main strip and our rep lee was lovely

My boyfriend and I are going in May too, hope the clubs are open! hope its not too busy though, as would like it to be sort of half and half with the mad binge drinking and also some quiet evenings aswell!! has anyone ever been in May, all the comments here seem to be around peak season.

Went for 2 weeks in June 05 with my boyfriend. Best holiday ever and sorrento is the number 1 place to stay. Met loads of people there, must of been about 15 of us altogether by the end of the hols, all still in touch. Leanne was our rep and she was a star, always up for a laugh. Chris & his family are the best, he's ok once you get to know him. Miss Zante so much. If anyone can help me get the addresss of Sorrento's it would be much appriciated. Definately going back next year. 10/10 **********

Sorrento was below all expectations!! The room was small and seemed although it was for 2 people and a third bed had been squeesed in for the third person!! I can understand people thinking chris was ,iserable but if u get on the good side of him and make him happy he's usually quite happy!

.Stayed here with girlfriend for two weeks in mid August.Been to the island seven years in a row now and location of Sorrento is excellent for beach and the centre.However from day one we found Chris the owner most unfriendly and very miserable.We were on top floor and every night we got locked out if we were not back in before 1am. Rooms were very small and in need of big time decoration.We only had towels and bed changed once in two weeks.This was a very disappointing place to stay and in all our previous visits to the island all other places have been much better for less cost.

lagana is mental had a fab hoilday. sorrento is basic but clean n the bar is open 24/7. big shout out to leanne the rep shes fab. go to cabarte its funny as espically abuse savage n cant really remember bar crawl ha ha. see u all at the reunion chell n the girls

Another year at the Sorrento and some things never change - it's still bloody brilliant.  Chris & family are legends woking 15hr days just to make sure I've always got a beer on the go and nothing beats a bit of grub to soak it all up - and they're more than happy to fire up the grills until silly o'clock at night!  BBQ night certainly ain't to be missed.  Sorrento is pretty much an ideal location - not so close that the route to your hotel room is littered with unconscious drunks and not so far that you have to stagger for hours.  It's also easy enough to find your way to even after a generous helping of alcohol!  It comes recommended to anyone (just watch for the rep - useful as a chocolate radiator).  Anyway thanks again to Chris, Soula, the girls and all the peeps I met there this year - I won't list all 20 or so of you!

In Zante from 26th June to 3rd July. Apartments were very clean and basic but good enough for us. Air con is available for rent. THIS IS A MUST!!!! The rooms never seem to be cold. After having a bit of a run in with Chris on our first night, we soon got to know just how lovely he was. Everyone was very friendly and didn't hesitate when it came to helping. Met the best people too which made our holiday. (Gregg if you ever read this, me and my 2 mates stayed under you and rob for your 1st week. Thanks for the laughs) The strip being only ten mins away was helpful.(Lets face it, who wants to stagger for miles when they're drunk?!) Be wary of the rep if you go. Leanne was ours and she wasn't helpful at all. Only out to take your money from you. All in all, my week was brill. Wish I'd booked 2 weeks. Definatley going back next year.

everything was wicked with the hotel, had a great stay even if it was only for a week but enough of the boring stuff lets start with the classy stuff!!! first of all, huge thanks to ben and emma ur a wicked couple, absolute legends and yep sorry ben but lightweight is an understatement ha ha ha!!! to nikki and dan, you guys are great, we finally managed to get a go on the pool table after you left, hope dan has managed to dodge cars more efficiently since he's been home!! ha ha! and finally saving the best til last the milton keynes lads, we love ya - u know who u r!! u made our holiday wat it was!! to all of you, thanks again so much for making our holidays pure class!!! loads of love from lou and gill xxx

Just got back from 2 weeks at Sorrento and had an awesome time. Chris and his family are legends keeping the bar open as long as you need and serving home-made food whenever you're hungry. Location is ideal and the apartments are basic but spotless with maids every 2 days. Hi to Hannah and the girls from Tring, Dan and Nikki, Emma and Ben (the lightweight, shirt-swinging party boy), Nicole and Scott (the Jock) and the One-Five girls. Holiday wouldnt have been anywhere near as good without you guys.
