Got back on the 28th May 2006 after 2 weeks in a mini-heatwave, gutted to be home 2nd year on the trott and Sakis still a top-man, kept my girlfriend out drinking while i was in bed !!!!! haha definately be back to the same resort and the same bars.............................Metaxa 5star and alpha beer with a Sakis cocktail, hello to Keith too!   

Back home after 2 weeks 28th May 2006 , spent some time this year again! with Spiros and his swing chairs nice bloke but got the hump when I had a afternoon pint in DNA haha ! hello to Sam the bar-chick C U next year..........................Julian and Beverley

one week last year and just back from an excellent 2 weeks came home 28th may 2006 and we have  got the holiday blues!!!! had the best time again,38 degrees at 10am loved the mini-heatwave, loved the room, loved the pool, loved the beach (jelly-fish an all). great staff. hello to sue who made me do karaoke and denis and all the barstaff who's names i don't recall, and a big shout to sakis. we loves it we do xxxxx julian and beveley   hello justin, terri, ella, ted and elaine roll on the next one and the greek night at elaine and teds i will bring my alpha glass!!!!

Won a quiz at hotel and got a free trip for me and my girlfriend on the train, to visit Spiros and his many achievements (I think he's the Don Corleone of Zante). We were a bit worried about what it would be like and if our attention span would last ,but were extremely surprised! The ride was fun and we were forced by the tour guide (forget her name - Northern lass recently married) to wave at everyone on route thus earning us more free wine when we reached the taverna!! We visited a Museum that was suprisingly very interesting (all exhibits collected by Spiros over 500years, so he's old aswell ) and slapped the "Healing water" from the church at St Panteleimona all over the bits on our body that are dodgy -Too personal to elaborate further!!!!  Finished of with loads of wine at Spiros's taverna and was completely wrecked by the time we got back to Alikanas - trip date 23rd May 2006 - Big hello to the two Irish women we got drunk with. - Julian and Beverley xxx

The AB village looks like a concrete jungle (My perception from my room at Studio Apartments), both are in a fantastic spot but Studios & Apartments much more personal and well above the star rating, I know where I'd rather be!!!

Fantastic yet again to be in Alykanas and Alykes for another week 4th July, stayed in Alykes but couldn't resist going to beach pool to reminice about our stay here 4 weeks earlier. Great weather again including the massive thunder and lightning show and minor tremor! Won the quiz again!!! (she realy should rotate the questions hehe) gave 1st prize away though.Brilliant to see all those friendly faces from the staff, definately be back.

Walk down the beach to Alykes and over the stone bridge (much quicker) if you don't wanna get the horse

Just wanted to add to bev's comment: Had a great time in Flame, loved it and loved hearing Beverleys rendition of the Beatles. Hope to return to Alykanas ASAP x
