Clair R the tropicana is a chill out bar, Its meant to be for people to relax in its beautiful outdoor surroundings thats why its not lively but there is entertainment every night films in our cinema, Quiz nights, karaoke nights, the list goes on. To all our guests last year if you come back this year and bring a photo of yourself in our bar you will get your first drink free on me. Alright mate kevlar here from tropicana, to all the people who have put down this pub, what do you expect the pub to be like with pissed holiday makers in there everynight throwing up ,its clean when it opens the holiday makers make the mess and as for the karaoke its meant to be a bit of fun who cares about echo, pitch and all that crap, it ain't pop idol, as i always say YOUR IN GREECE! see you in april if your back.

Well the website is a bit late i think. The legendary Oasis is no more. This will be a loss to the british tourists who visit argassi, it was the only true british bar in the resort and if you were looking for a bar like at home but abroad this was the place. I wish Ken, jude, mark, keith and cassy all the best for the future in whatever they decide to do. I'm sure the true brit tourists will find them which ever business or resort they decide to set up in. I raise a john smiths to you all, cheers.

I'd like to say a big thank you all the customers who came and visited us at The Tropicana bar this season. Next year it is the tropicana's 20th birthday which makes it one of the oldest bars in Argassi so to any future visitors or repeat offenders, come and join us and make 2006 a very special season.

Best chill out bar i've seen other than my favourite greek bar. The surroundings are relaxed and deal to chill out, internet service and paddy and lisa always greet you with a smile, music is top class chill out moods, where better to get rid of your stress.

With thanks to all my repeat offenders, sorry customers and the loads of new ones this season has kicked ass and still with a month to go. Never had a customer come in who didn't come back again, never had a complaint to myself and if someone did have one they should have told me as i'm more than happy to listen as that way the problem can be corrected. only had about 3 quiet weeks throughout the first 5 months all the rest have near enough been packed out. why am i telling you this? Because if it wasn't for you my customers my bar wouldn't be what it is, i can only serve the drinks but you keep the bar going so a big thank you to you all, your all great.

Took 16 friends here for my 40th birthday, what can i say, still the best place i've eaten in on the island. Gave them pre warning of the dishes ordered and the food was amazing. i've eaten in top restaurants in london and this could easily compete but with prices 4 times less than i paid in london.

Hope your businesses of Red Lion and Legends have a good season in 09 and your managers Ken and Jude are back with you, Argassi wouldn't be the same without you there buddy, see you in April when i pay my electric bill hehe! Such a shame it had to close, hopefully someone will take it off Andrea and breath new life into the place, Argassi misses a place like Tropicana which had something for everyone, there wasn't another bar like it. I still miss the place.

Thank you for the lovely comments your very kind all of you, to be honest i'm just being me, its not a act, if you like me thats cool and if you don't thats also fine but i'll continue to be me and run my bar the way it is with the same style, music and serving the real deal drinks not cheap makes at the lowest price i can, there's no need to be greedy or to cheat my customers. hope to see alot of you this season or in the seasons to come. Hope your winter has been kind to you and roll on May with the sun, sea and screaming orgasms (cocktails they are LOL).

Just been reading through reviews for kalamaki. I didn't get to chat to Chris and Ali before the end of the season as they closed very early but if the word on the street is true at the end of last season (i hope its not) Safari will not be open this season or will be but not with Chris and Ali. I hope they both see this and can give us a positive reply as it would be nice to know they are back there this season.

Gaz and Dawn are doing fine, saw them alot last season as they drank in my bar a few times, nice people.

Well i'm here, i'm sorted, i'm open and so far its been brilliant, lovely in the days, not to cold at nights and business better than i'd planned for , so happy days, so far that is LOL

Hi guys, i'll keep your sofa reserved for you haha. Places closed are Mustang but opened as something else now, Safari, Castellos, Kenny's Bar, Sugar Reef closed at moment but is opening, Panorama and i think thats it, for now. So not that bad but we'll have to see how the season goes on.

Merry Christmas to all my customers old and new and a big thank you for making season 2009 such a great one, i loved every minute of it and looking forward to seeing you all in 2010 but to keep up with what i'm doing during winter and to start getting excited about your holidays you can read my blog and keep in touch through my new e-mail address which is on my blog somewhere LOL

Busters Bar will be opening again shortly but with new owners and a new name, it will now be called "Izzys Ice Creams at Busters Bars" serving fresh homemade ice creams with some amazing different flavours. So if you fancy a relaxing day eating some of the best ice cream on the island then this will be the place also you can still get yourself a beer, Pop in and see John & Sue and see what a difference they have made to place but don't expect a quiz, karaoke or TV's. Your going to love it.
