Enjoyed the freebies!!!!!!!!!
Many places to eat in Tsivili, but we went back a couple of times, the pizza are to die for, also had fillet of beef mexican style and I have never enjoyed a meal sooooo much. Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed both meals we had there, always very busy but nothing was spared.
Lovely place to eat, we stayed at the Rania Appts, which was a bonus for the holiday, the food was super especially the mousakka, I had it other places and it didnt come close! Stifado also took some beating!! Great hostess, thanks again for a really enjoyable stay.
Cheap and cheerful, only one gripe, the bread rolls are awful, please lose the bread rolls!! They are huge and stale and just not nice. But the other food was really good, enjoyed a couple of chilli con carne there.
Just had two really relaxing weeks in Tsilivi, stayed at the Rania Appts, just behind St Denis, it was great you closed the doors at night and you could actually get to sleep, it was lovely and quiet. Didnt think much to the beach as it is very pebbley and hurts your feet but once you get past the stones the water is fabulous! Found some good places to sunbathe on grass, so if you are prepared to walk take time out and find these grassy areas. No-one has mentioned the horse drawn taxis that run from the centre, I had to take a ride in one as they are so much nicer than taking a cab. I must admit it was rather expensive for a five minute trip (15 euros) but it was a really nice feeling as people sat eating watched you drive past, it felt almost regal! We did the sights ie Shipwreck, Caves, Zante Town but the best for exhilleration must be the speed boat, we had a brilliant half day tour, the captain really knows how to enjoy himself, and makes everyone feel at ease. Good all round holiday.
Fantastic full day out and worth every penny, ok the shipwreck is an old rusty bucket but the location is out of this world, we swam there and it was superb, the water is astounding. The caves were good but we could not hear what the rep was talking about so we missed quite a bit of information. Boat was called Mantalena it was lovely and clean a really pleasurable day.
Absolutley fabulous, Spiros is a great bloke, he asked if anyone would like special seats up the front, of course we jumped at the chance, not knowing that there were no seats up front, we had to lie on the floor grasping a metal rail above our heads and hung on for dear life!!!! It was all taken in good spirit, we also went to a beach and actually disturbed some nude sun bathers, one chap said When in Rome and removed his shorts in the water, Spiros was waving the shorts over his head shouting Anyone need spare shorts? We all had a really good laugh. He is a very interesting person to talk to and clearly loves his boat and his job. Keep up the good work. Great day out, thank you.
