Just come back. Studio room very small, 3rd bed was a folding bed only suitable for smaller children. Although these rooms are self catering, it is impossible to self cater at all as there are only 2 rings & we only had one large pan and 1 frying pan (no cupboards to store food etc). very limited clothes space, no table and 1 chair & Buffett (unless you sit on verander). The room was spotless, the maid came in most days, unlike others we spoke to our furniture (what we had) was ok, apart from pillows which were like rock. Having said all that it was not too bad and we were there 2 weeks. We did try to pay to upgrade to 1 bedroom apartment but was told no rooms avaiable (in actual fact there was and it was the person that threw the loudest tantrum that got it) so if your unhappy, throw a strop!!

Angels Bar - (Bars in Kalamaki)

Just come back after 2 weeks, we spent nearly every night in Angels mostly because our young daughter dragged us there to dance. Staff are great, Mike Dundee (the manager) took a shine to our wee girl, he made her lots of differnt things with straws and he even took her round the other side of the bar so she could make a cocktail with him, she is only 3 and loved evry minute, she even got a tip as well. The atmosphere was great, nice cocktails and good DJ. will get very busy in high season. This bar gets the big thumbs up from our family. WELL DONE gang keep it up, and hope to see you all next year. (Mick if you see this, Emma is telling everyone about you scarring her with the smoke machine!! you meany, lol)

Very nice pool, we stayed at Cava D'Oro but preferred this pool. Did not go at night but heard good things. Bar snacks were good and staff friendly.

We spent a few early eveings in the pool bar but moved on very quickly as not much happening. We partook in 2 of the evening BBQs, this was nice, good food and plenty of it and live greek music, trouble is a lot of people left straight after so went very quiet. In high season i think it will be alot busier and therefore better atmosphere. Staff are very nice, there are some electrnice games as well as a pool table.

We had our breakfast here every morning, we stayed at the Cava D'oro so was very handy. Excellent full english which also included tea/coffee and friut juice. We even won the breakfast raffle twice so we got 2 free breakfasts. The day/evening snacks are very good as well, try the omlette and chips, best meal i had in 2 weeks. The slick operation is run by, Bob, Kirsty and Richard in the kitchen. Very welcoming and definately worth a visit. There is no entertainmnet (apart from background music) this is a bar to relax in and have a good old chin wag. Hope to see you again Guys. Thanks for everything. Emma wants to know if her 2 little friends are still on your wall!!

Chives - (Restaurants in Kalamaki)

We ate at the roof top restaurant, very good views, food ok but the peppercorn sauce tasted like gravy with ground pepper in. The people at the next table were served their main course before their starters!! Not too bad overall but would not reccomend it.

Looks good from the outside, but as we all know look can be deceiving. The starters were very nice, the main course was awful, i had the spagetti carbonara, it shoulf of been pasta with ham, there was so much ham (smoked) that there was no other taste at all, my hubby who eats most things did not enjoy his either. Wont be going back there again.

We wnt in once and found it dearer than some places, the music was good (be it a little loud)there were a lot of younger ones there! i felt old and im only 32. Would very much appeal to the younger age group, not my cup of tea. But if you want a good laugh, get sloshed and maybe even pull then this is the place.
