Stayed at St Dennis Apartments 6th to 20th July and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was great nice and hot 38/40 plus . Not so bad as it sounds when you can drink an ice cold beer or jump in the pool. The complex is really well laid out with lovely gardens and a nice quite pool area.The pool bar provides a good selection of snacks plus those cold beers. The English breakfast is also very good. The apartments are adequate for all your needs and are kept stotless clean with regular changes of towels and linen. All the staff are very helpful and speak very good English. The apartments are located in a good spot close to the beach, bars and resturants. Everything is on the door step but at the same time in a secluded spot.We met some very nice people and would definatly go back. St Dennis is a complex we would like to stay at again. Already thinking about booking for next year.

We went on Zakfari on Pork or Chicken day 14th July. All the comments made on this site are absolutely correct, a fantastic day out and worth every penny. The best holiday excursion we have ever been on. Paul our driver was very entertaining and certainly knows his stuff about Zante plus a bit more. We would recommend this tour to anybody. We were lucky to be in the lead jeep those following behind did get a bit dusty but all part of the fun. Thanks again Paul for a great day.

We visited all the 10/10 resturants from this site and voted Fiorentino the best. We ended up going five times. It is only a small resturant so you could easily walk past but well worth seeking out.To ensure you get a table you will need to arrive before 8:00 pm. This one definatly does not need a meeter greeter The food is excellent, try the lamb in the oven or pork hoffman. Great meals at great prices, we would recommend this to anyone

Slightly more expensive than some of the other resturants but certainly one to try as its that little bit different. Excellant food very very well presented. I would save this one for that special occasion

St Dennis Apartments are located on the road that runs down from Popeys to the beach or from the main road directly behind the Planet bar and apartments. While in the centre of the resort near to bars restaurants and only 100m from the beach they are located in a quite spot. In the evening depending which apartment you are in you can hear a bit of music from the Planet Bar but nothing too disturbe you. None of the roads can really be classed as major but the main high street which is faily narrow and twisting can get slightly busy in the evening depending on the time of year. We stayed at St Dennis for two weeks in July and had a great time, definatly hoping to go back again next year as this was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Tsiliv is a great place.I am sure you will enjoy yourselves.

We are going to St Dennis Apartments 10th July to 24th July. Myself, wife and son age 16. Flying out of Gatwick early morning . We stayed here for two weeks in July last year and had a great time. Counting down the weeks already. anyone else going at the same time??????  

Hi Debbie. Yes it is us the family with Tommy the very blonde son. Not 100% sure I can remember who you are????? Give us a clue??? When someone remembers you not sure if its good or bad. Really looking forward to going back to St Dennis Apartments as we had such a good time last year. Really laid back and relaxing holiday with nice restaurants and bars for the evening . Very well located for everything beach, shops bars and restaurants. Great weather and those ice cold beers from the pool bar. Counting down the days already only 54 to go. Are you going back this year?????

 

Hi Debbie You will enjoy Menorca we went June 2002 (World Cup) and June 2003. Stayed at Oasis Park Cala'n Forcat. Went with friends and relatives and had a great time. Weather was hot

What a load of old rubbish McDonalds is. When in Greece do what the Greeks do and eat Greek food. What ever next Kentuckey Fried Chicken and a Pizza Hut. 

If Maccy Ds is that good why bovver to go to Zante. Just stay at home and have it. Not saying I have never had a Big Mac,large fries and a chocolate milk shake on the odd occasion  but I don't really want to go all the way to Tsilivi in Zante and walk down a nice little high street and find a McDonalds that looks totally out of place. Never even tried to make it blend in with the other restarants and tavernas. It just looks like its been picked up off of any high street in England and dumped  there.

Oh where are Vanda and Toli going???????? Will they be managing another complex in Tsilivi. If anyone knows please post details on here so we can make a point of not going their.

Would defo go back again  

We stayed at the Plaza Pallas for two weeks in July 2006. It was not a problem having no air con. The rooms were fairly cool and we hired a fan for a few nights. These are lovely apartments and we had a great time going back on 1st July this year. It is not over noisy the Plaza has its own bar so you do get people sitting outside and chatting. There is no loud music or noise from the street as these apartments are set back from the main bars.
