Hi we`re going to alykanas in July and were wondering if there are any places that either do fishing trips or hire fishing equip etc or the best places to go any info would be most grateful

Just arrived back last night and we`re missing this place already , you`ve got to do Ron`s quiz on a Sunday night.
Its a lovely friendly family place and we were there most nights if you see the kitten give it a stoke as my youngets daughter wanted to bring it home , the breakfasts are lovely , got to give this place a try

If you want somewere to eat with good food and good service try this place . We ate with a family of 5 and ate a three course meal for around 60 euro wich we thought good value for money they even give us a bottle of wine free on our last night , lovely resteraunt with great friendly staff well deserved 10 out of 10

Just arrived back from these apartments and we wernt dissapointed lovely location brilliant beach for the kids , the apartments were exactly what we expected with lovely pools which again are child friendly and not to deep if your going with a young family these are ideal

the beach is great ideal for kids , you dont need eyes in the back of your head as its not over crowded.
you have to try snorkelling the fish will feed from your hands if you have a lttle piece of bread with you , my youngest learned to swim while he was there we loved it

for our first trip to Zante we didnt find the airport too bad we got through pretty quick when we arrived and coming back we were prepared enough had water food etc , we had to sit on the floor but wasnt a problem and we left 20 mins early so all in all not to bad , we left at around 8.00p.m so i dont know what its like in the mid day when its a lot busier

to name just a few of the meals worth trying are the lamb dionisos , the sea food rice is out of this world if you like shell fish my 10 year old loved the spaghetti bolognese a big plate for a kids portion and only 3.50 euro and everyone enjoyed the chicken kebabs we took comments from this web site and were not dissapointed , just returning the favours by putting my comments on for future we`ll deffinately be going back

you really have to try the greek night here on a friday , it does live up to its name and is the best in the resort the whole of the family were involved in the dancing . Good food brilliant entertainment all in all a lovely place

we have to aggree with the comments below although the food was nice the service the night we went was shocking we also had to wait around an hour for our food to arrive all in all was a bit of a let down as we had heard it was one of the best in the resort we were going to go for our anniversay meal but ended up going to Dionosis instead

just one word of warning dont eat at the snack bar overpriced and the food awfull , they even managed to burn a jacket potato , this was my only complaint tho everything else was lovely
