This was our first visit to Zante but will definitely not be our last. Nice to see Margaret's comments. We were there when she got married and we will be there again next year for their first wedding anniversay. The White House is in a great location. Close to beach and resort centre. What can I say about Pavlos and Karen except they are both fantastic hosts but they should carry a warning because they have got a wicked sense of humour and do like a good practical joke. Next year I will be ready for them. Phil and I had a great holiday, met loads of really nice people and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but at The White House.

Really glad we found Mill Bar. Julie, Spiros and their staff make you very, very welcome. Great food and atmosphere. Do go to the Greek night - food was good and without a doubt they were the best dancers I have seen. Make sure you have your dancing shoes on because you must join in!!!!! See you all next July.

Hi everybody. Well it looks like the founder members of the "BONKERS CLUB" are having a reunion. How will we cope without our CHAIRMAN!!! We will arrive on 5th July. Can't wait.

When I was at White House I thought Karen had a lovelly bum!!! Thought Pavlos was rather quiet and reserved but extremely helpful. Ha ha.

hi guys.  so glad that john & margaret are returning as are the rest of the gang.  well what can i add to your comments about pavlos, karen & viki - they are fantastic.  i'm sure next year viki will be waiting on tables and serving behind the bar.  phil & i both feel that we have made many friends in alykanas and can't wait to go back.  next year we will hold the reception party for you as we are going out on the 4th july, along with barry, fiona & the girls (hopefully our daughter will also be with us).  love to you all, have a good winter and see you next year!

Have just read s.g. comments (tells you something when they can't even put their full name).  I have never stayed at the Village but know it very well and have spoken to many people who have stayed there.  From what I have seen and heard the facilities are second to none.  Fantastic location, superb pools and friendly staff.  What more can you ask for.  Alykanas itself has some great bars and if you take the time to chat with the bar owners and staff you will end up making friends for life.  A holiday is what you make it and everything you will need for a fantastic holiday is on your doorstep. Take time out to find the Mill Bar for the best Greek Night ever.  Drop into Bonkers Bar on your way home for a night cap, or a snack through the day (you will receive a very warm welcome).  If you fancy a day full of thrills do the Jeep Safari.  What more can I add, can't be that bad or we wouldn't go back year after year!!!!

Hi Tony.  There is a cash machine at the supermarket on the opposite corner to Greedy Greek and one at the Leftos supermarket.  Hope this is of help. Cathy

Airtours/Kosmar

These are two separate complexes.  Alykanas Beach Village and Alykanas Beach Studios & Apartments.  They are very close in location and are both on the beach.  I believe you book the Beach Studios & Apartments through Kosmar.  I have never stayed at the Beach Studios but they look very nice and are in a great location.  If you read the comments on the data base it will provide you with more information about them.  Yes the beach is wonderful.  Lovelly golden sand and clear shallow water.  Great for families with young kids.  Both of these complexes are very close to the main street of the village where you will find a good selection of restaurants and bars.  Hope this helps.
