The rooms are spot on, and I was the rep here for the season and never had one complaint at all!

  Miss Gill  i dont usually comment in this website but i feel compelled to do so ass its not the food that you judging but my employees attidude my restaurant me personaly and in extension my familly that run this establishment for the last sixteen years.

Our restaurant has the biggest cappacity of seats in kalamaki therefore apart for the obvious reason THAT we respect everybody that desides to exchange his hard earned money for food and services and pay our bills we have NEVER rushed anybody out of the table even on buisy nights with other people waiting for a table .
 And that for me is of paramount importance, thats how i like to be treated as a customer and thats how i treat others.

Think to yourself what has higher percentage of profit a plate of fruits, a botlle of water ,a cup of coffee
 or a main course that takes five people in the kitcen and a waitor until it comes to your table ? and there is your answer.

Miss sarah didnt we welcome you in?didnt we reply to any of your queries? didnt we served your food ?didnt we clear your table or brought you your bill when we were asked to and ONLY THEN? didnt we gave coplimentary drinks with your bill and wished you goodnight?
 did anyone sweared at your party did anyone made any rude comments or obscene gestures to you or to anyone .

I trully fail to understand where you coming from.

as for categorising people in a criteria of social ,economic or ethnic background is an action that i despise
my criteria on people is nice people and bad people.

i have been very disappointed with kosmar and their way of conducting business
for the last 8 months (since august 07) there was nobody to inform me about what is happening for the upcoming season and when I would get paid for the previous season ....
After a lot of pressure I got a check yesterday after 8 months and presented with a new contract.
Most of you that you know me would imagine what I would suggest to them to do with the new contract.
The only reason that DIAS is available this season through kosmar is because I respect your bookings and
your wish to have me as your host on your planed and hard earned holidays owners me.
Concerning the change of bookings is a matter of the tour operator and unfortunelly I can¢t do anything about it.
I would also like to inform you that for the next season (may-October 09) I am seriously thinking of going private.
