Great hotel freindly staff, clean and very close to everything. make sure you eat at the pool bar as the food is good and has the freindliest staff especially the barmen who remembers everybody's name straight away. All in all a great choice
What can i say but HAPPY DAYS!! What a great place to spend a night with Rossi himself serving the drinks with a great range of beers and an even bigger coctail list which will leave a bit if you get carried away like myself and Kate found out. Once again Rossi, Lee, Carmelle(hope i spelt it right) and of course Christas (Yamas, can't speak a word of english) thanks for many a great night. One last thing be careful if Rossi gets you going on shots it could be lethal.
Good freindly service and large choice of food which is well presented and tastes good.
This for us was the best restraunt for us which gave by far the best food in resort which was so tasty and well prepared. My girlfreind is a veggie who eats fish and found it difficult to find good choice in other places but here she had some Salmon Mare Monte which she said was fantastic. I had a Pork Chop which was with a sauce which was spicy but very tasty( better than indians back home if you do like spicy). This was also the place were I proposed to Kate and she said YES so a double good night there.
not sure what everyone is on about here. either someone has had a word with him or poeple are easily led. we ate there once and found it average nothing more. we were there for two weeks and were at the diana palace so more often than not would have to pass by and yes peter was out the front but i did not find him any more pushy than anyone else who was standing on a door. in fact the guy with the a**enal shirt outside the factory was worse than the old man.
My girlfreind and i were looking for a resort that would be small but reasonably busy and Argassi is spot on. You can walk up and down the main drag in ten minutes and it is full of restruants and bars so there is choice of were to go of an evening. Our pick would be Rossi's place for a drink and Papillon for food, or if your looking to chill and have a coffee a cake of an evening go the Ruby's. Everyone is very freindly and you get a real feel for the place as locals eat and drink in the area as well. Don't worry to much about the lingo as english is widely spoken although to learn a little is always appreciated.
